Lakers are no longer making the city of Los Angeles proud?

Just wondering if you guys still think the Lakers are putting LA on the map. LA one of the best cities on the planet deserves a competent franchise.

I don't know man, LA is suppose to be the cream of the crop of the NBA. Can't believe these Lakers are playing like this...man you dont understand this is a big story across all sports, not just the NBA! This is the LOS ANGELES LAKERS....man they are cheapening the BRAND and dont seem to care!

Im concerned man, LA dont need this.

the Lakers losing is still the bigger story than anything in LA and perhaps the whole NBA. NO they are not cheapening the brand, the season isn't over. This has been a very competent franchise thank you

They have been bad for the first half of ONE season... Lets get things straight, they are not a constant loser that puts out a crappy product every year.

The Lakers have been the most successful franchise in North American professional sports since Jerry Buss bought the team.

So yes, being 3 games under .500 less than half way through the season definitely is the end of the world, and an utter disgrace to not just the city, but the entire state of California. The franchise should be folded and Jerry Buss and every one of his immediate family members should be deported from this country or imprisoned.

Because LA certainly doesn't deserve to have the most successful franchise in North American sports over the last 35 years with fans like this.
