The deal will sell the Kings for approximately $500 million, with the Seattle group seeking relocation to Key Arena for the 2013-'14 season.

The Seattle group's plans, with support of the NBA, is to play two seasons in Key Arena before moving into a new Seattle arena, sources say.

Terrible terrible day to be a Sacramento Kings fan. I grew up watching this team for the past 14 years. I started watching this team when I was 7, and have been to many many games over years. Can't believe that as soon as next season it will all be taken away from me. Never knew that it would happen so sudden either.

The Maloofs are horrible. The fact that they are retaining a small stake in the Kings even after relocation is disgusting.

As a Bucks fan living under the same constant pressure this is tough for you guys. Kings fan have always been some of the best in the NBA and I hope you guys get your team back with quality owners in the future.
