Well according to Hoopsworld the Lakers/Celtics/Nuggets have all called Sacramento trying to trade for Tyreke Evans.

Add Memphis & Denver to that list of teams reported . I also know that Toronto & the Mavs are interested as well.

Go after Evans for a 1st round pick and a shot-blocking big man or try and work a 3 team trade for Rudy Gay . The Kings have a very good piece in Cousins that they need to build around. Move on from Tyreke and draft. If the Kings can get Rudy and draft potentially Carter-Williams fro,m Cuse, they could have pieces such as Cousins, Gay, Thomas, Robinson and Carter-Williams o work with. Seattle may have a very good team to watch.:
5. Cousins
4. Robinson
3. Gay
2. Carter-Williams
1. Thomas

If you don't like that option, draft the kid out of Kansas. He has a pure stroke and could open up the floor

I hate the OP idea. Its the complete wrong direction for this team.

O also don't think we should move Tyreke at all. I think we need to quit screwing around and put the right pieces around Cousins and Tyreke.

It's simple, get a shooting SF that plays some defense, give up any other assets necessary to aquire this player. Upgrade PG position with a player that is over 6 foot tall and can shoot from three. Ta Da you have a significantly improved team immediately by virtue of having the right spacing on the floor and not giving up any size advantage at the PG psotion with guys who have to jump simply to make a basic pass.

Blazer fan here. How much do you guys think Reke would command for his next contract? Would love to take a chance on him.

Here's a reasonable deal:

The Bucks would get a future first from Boston as well.

Return to Sacramento Kings
