Jeremy Lamb is barely used in OKC. I hope Rich Cho can get him for... Turtle?

could we have brooks since you don't like him much? We'll throw in reggie williams who can play off the bench too

No seriously... We need to make a moove, i can't see the team playing like this anymore... It's not even exciting like it was at the start of the season...
Any moove would change the story IMO

No? What good would adding Pau do for us? We're in year 2 of a rebuild we won't be making any trades for vets with big contracts like this.

My question on that trade is why would the Grizzlies do that? Rudy Gay for Gerald Henderson and cap space. Meh.

Is it wrong that I am starting to wish this happens; Charlotte sends DeSagana Diop and Hakim Warrick to Washington for Emeka Okafor and a protected 1st round pick (similar to what Charlotte got for taking on Ben Gordon)?

I would love this trade.

I just don't see a team who will be the lottery for while making a trade like this. Especially when they traded for Emeka this summer.

Because Memphis might be better without Gay, and he has one of the worst contracts in the NBA. I'd love this deal for the Bobcats. Gasol was All-NBA caliber as recently as last season, and we could move him for a young asset at next season's trade deadline.

I'd do it. Okafor's averaging a double-double over his last 12 games, despite regularly playing 30 minutes or less.
Humble yourself.

So they are not going to be in the lottery for a while anyway?

This trade only really gives them a solid rebounder/defender who can eat up 25-30 minutes and (in theory) add another 1st round pick. Emekas contract ends when Ben Gordons does. Its not exactly like Charlottes a free agency destination anyway. Charlottes cap situation would be top heavy (although I think Tyrus gets amnestied if this trade happens).

Or are you talking about Washington. This would be about correcting a huge mistake. Trading Rashard Lewis' expensive (but not horrendous) contract for Okafor, Ariza, and the 46th pick in the 2012 draft is really flat out stupid. Charlotte got a 1st for taking on Gordon. DaeQuan Cook was once trading for an 18th overall pick. Did Washington just accept the 1st trade offer they got?

That would be awesome. Mainly because of the pick of course, but Okafor would probably be our best big right now.

As for a Gay trade. I would say no 95% of the time. He doesn't fit with us and his contact is just horrible. Only way I'd say yes is if we got assets back and/or if we dump TT. It would have to blow us away to even make us consider.

That's exactly what I had in mind. The Grizz whant to send Rudy anywhere, and no team seem interested at the moment. His contract is just too big.

The Lakers need are in big need for changes...

The fact someone typed that up with all seriousness is hysterical. I don't care what happens this season I just want us to destroy them in the 2 remaining games we have with them.

No chance that package even gets you one of those picks.

If I were the Bobcats I would, but if I were the Bobcats I'd also walk into oncoming traffic or jump off a bridge.

We got us a real idiot over here then. Yeah, I'm probably gonna sit back and enjoy the show now. This is just getting hilarious.
