I'm not upset, I've seen this happen with the team a few times already. Transition from star player to star player is the toughest thing to do in the NBA. No so much the other sports because the mass number of players making up a unit is greater than in basketball.

Injuries and a rash of bad luck has pretty much hijacked the season from us. Do people realize we haven't had 1 game where we had our team in tact ? We've spent most of the season playing backups big minutes that they would've never gotten unless we we're the team most thought we would be.......a strong contender and crushing teams nightly.

We gotta develop some youth.

I'm slowing just accepting that this team isn't as good as it seems on paper now. We are 15-21, even if we squeeze in and get a 7th/8th seed, we're not beating OKC. OKC just owns us.

It's like seeing a broken record every time they play on the court. Same problems every. single. game. I just hope this nightmare gets fixed soon.

They should have kept mike brown, anyone is better than pringles, atleast Brown stresses defense more.

I wish I could see a happy outcome in a few games for the Lakers. But I see more 3-7 out of 10 games. I just wonder giving up 2 first round picks and 2 second round picks for Nash was the wrong decision. Westbrook and a few other pg's just blow pass Nash. Chris Paul makes Nash look even older. Fan for 35 years and will be one for as long as I am on this planet.

Remember we won 5 titles in the 1980's, None in the 1990's and 5 in the 2000's. Hope to turn that trend off.

Im disappointed because we have a good team and we cant even beat scrubs. If we had a crappy squad and we lost against good teams than that would be fine.
I hope we at least make the playoffs.

I am trying to get upset, but it doesn't feel the same for some reason. I'm still not used to seeing Dwight and Nash in our colors. I'm glad we have them, but it will always feel like they belong on the Suns and Magic, respectively. That will probably change if they win some rings here.

I've gone through the stages of grief. At first I was upset, then disappointed, and now I have accepted that this team sucks, for any number of reasons, and will not be making the playoffs. It's stunning, to be sure. But ultimately, pro sports is just a distraction, and it does not play a significant role on how I view my life. I learned that after the 2000 title. Woke up the next day and I still had to go to work, still had problems, didn't see a single extra dollar in my bank account. It's all a big diversion.

At this point, my only real concern is whether or not they'll be able to re-sign Dwight. Otherwise, I've already made my peace with this season.

The camera panned to the players' reactions at the last minute of the game. Kobe, as his usual self, was shown in an utter disgust and frustration. The camera then shows Dwight Howard laughing on the bench as he watches "his team" lose to the Thunder. Does he care? No one really knows.

Still, going to work that day feels 10x better

I'm a little upset because Pringles is running this team into the ground and has them playing a style that doesn't fit the team makeup. I appreciate show time as much as the next guy but this team is not show time. We need to play to our strengths. We have two top ten players on this team. We have the best shooting guard, and the best center along with a great point guard. Pringles needs to figure this thing out pronto.

I don't see resigning dwight a problem...with the way he's been playing post-injury I think a lot of teams are going to be cautious with him. And again the most money he'll get is from Los Angeles
