Chris Paul doubtful tonight

Post#1 » by mttwlsn16 » Mon Jan 14, 2013 7:28 pm

Conflicting reports on CP3's status Monday
Updating a previous item, Chris Paul (knee) is "very doubtful" to play on Monday according to beat writer Brad Turner, but the Clippers tweeted that he is a game-time decision.
CP3 has a bruised right kneecap. It was previously reported that Paul was expected to play, but it sounds like he had some issues with it after Saturday's game. Eric Bledsoe will likely start at point guard and would be a great spot start for owners if Paul can't play. Owners should check back for an update before tipoff.

what happened? i never even heard of an injury at all...

Didn't realise Gay was out as well, hopefully it'll be good to see Bledsoe in a lot more mins. I expect to see us play through Blake a lot more, well I'd like us too. I don't want to see Crawford isolating tons though, have to play tough today, coming off a loss. Need this win being the first of our long road trip.. cmon clips!!

Since I didn't watch the Magic game I had no idea he banged knees. I don't mind if he misses two games. He might as well rest up and get healthy. We have a lot of good ball players on the team. We'll just have to make up for his absence as best we can.

when i saw him bump knees with reddick i thought (and said in the thread) that he'd finish that game but miss the next game or so.

glad there doesn't seem to be any structural damage but i know that bruise is freaking excruciating.

Sack up bledsoe.
better decision making and lower turnovers.
let's compete

ned they said its not a bone bruise and he is day to day.

player of game goes to cp3 cause he took the day off. no need to risk it.
besides just boosts bled's value

with the way EB is playing and who we're playing, i don't mind him resting... although he's messing up my fantasy league....
