Chris Paul likely to miss game today vs. MEM and tomorrow against Houston.
Even without the leagues MVP, this team is dangerous, they're too deep.
Strong in the half court and even without Paul they will probably dictate tempo...
Luckily they have a dumb ass for a coach who makes bad rotations and with out their floor general out we got a good chance.

Keys to the game:

Griffin has a variety of spin moves, left or right, it dont matter. Morris/Patterson has go to push him out toward the perimeter.
On offense I hope we keep our PF's closer to the paint, make Griffin defend down there... if not and our PF's are at the perimeter, makes it so much easier for Griffin to get out and run.

Harden will probably see the "Jordan Rules" again

We need two of Delfino, Douglas, Lin, Morris or Patterson to have a good shooting night... just two thats all we need damnit, is that too much to ask for? Someone besides Parsons gotta help Harden out.

Asik has got to command the paint, he cant have trouble with these active bigs (Lopez, Sacre).

Teams with freak athletes give us problems, our only chance is that we shoot lights out and put them in foul trouble, get to the line.

What to watch for:

Lin's job... If I were Lin I would wrap the hell out of the bad ankle and play on it. This is the Rockets where once our starting PG misses a game or two the back up comes in and takes their job. :o Beverley is it your turn?

J-Crossover who ever guards him hopefully not Lin, cause he ankle is already messed up is bout to get done up.

I'm looking at you Harden!

UH-OH!

Just wanna see the mistakes lowered, don't care if this is a loss... just less mistakes please.

I haven't seen whether it's one of those sprains where he will miss the game, or strap it, and shoot it up with pain killers. We gotta end this losing slide we have. I understand some of our losses, but losing to Philly was BS. Those are must win games, whenever it happens in the season.

I agree, this is what annoys the crap outta me. We win games we probably shouldn't, build up the fans hopes, and then lose to teams that, to put it mildly, suck balls.

Yup, the Rockets are an unpredictable team. We have the potential to beat any team in the league, and the potential to lose to any team in the league. Taking the second most 3 ptrs adds to that too. Clippers favored by 1 pt.

Time to start a winning streak! Let's go Rockets!

Lin will play... I was hoping he wold take night off and be back for Dallas game.
But I guess his ankle is fine now.

I still hope we get to see Beverley play. I'm curious.

Is that confirmed? I'd like to see him on the court since CP3 is difficult to deal with.

Well I think it was reported CP3 is not playing... he didn't play yesterday vs Memphis, and they said he would miss Houston too.

But yea that annoying Howard Chen reported it.

I hate the Clippers.

“I feel good,” Lin said. “We did some stuff in there (in the training room). I’ll be good to go.”

"some stuff" ???

"Lin stepped on Toney Douglas’ foot during practice on Monday and left the court."

I think Douglas did it on purpose so he could get the start. Then he would have a 30 pt/10 ast game, take over the starting PG spot for good, and become a global sensation. :o

It is a great day today. I just downloaded Bad Religions new album, and it's not "oficially" released for another week.
