to be honnest... Grizz played like they play at HOU and ATL last month.
Just doing same play same play over over again. It does not make sence at all.
First Coach Stubborn must change the offense system.
last three horrible basketball remind me that we were against HOU last month.
just passing ball and turnover or passed to Tony Allen and he take a bad shot over over again.

We may need trade the Jerryed Bayless with Haddadi and Selby or Bayless move to SG spot. (play as a combo guard.)
It`s time to change the second units line up. PG Wroten SG Bayless or Ellington SF Pondexster PF DA C MO

Orando Magic

JJ.Redick

Memphis Grizzlies

Jerryed BaylessHamed Haddadi
Josh Selby
1 round draft pick via 2014 and 2 round draft pick

By the way Memphis Grizzlies black board in japan. we call the Quincy Pondexster as Pon de ring.
Pon de ring is famous donuts in japan. it`s very chewy donut it has so many different flavor.

I guess its time to fire the our GM.

We let OJ.Mayo walk for nothing return from Mavs.
trade energy backup big man Cunningham for Ellington.
Trade Vasques for Q I like Q but we lost good out side point guard.
Solid SF Sam Young is gone for trade exception.
Jaremy Pargo is gone for trade exception.
We did not extend Gilbert Arenas.

We lost huge backup unit past few years.
This is really hurting our team especially back up G spot.
Tony is great defender in the league but he can't shoot 15 foot outside shot.
Conley is growing up well He is underrated PG fir sure. but it's not enough to cover back up PG we lost past few years.

Coach Hollins system is not working well as first month.
Because no outside shot, no back up guard, not enough transition, play same set play over over again.
I am armature basketball fan but even though I can tell our team weakness.

Defense is getting horrible last 3 games. All of the opponent team use pick and roll to break our defense each times.
It's time to fire GM person who did horrible trade and poor job for last few years.

I disagree on the moves we made. Greivis did not fit our system and was a huge liability defensively at the point. And, he couldn't even bring the ball down the floor in the playoffs. Gilbert Arenas is washed up. Q is 10000 times more valuable than Vasquez will ever be.

One of our problems is that we don't have enough versatility on the wings. With Q and Rudy out, we are terrible.

I agree with you (Q Pon is better for us)

I just do not like our backcourt in this season. It's very thin compare to LAC SAS GSW.
Bayless is not have enough game make skill to play as backup point guard.
He play much better as back up SG.

We really need a better back up PG otherthan Bayless or Selby.

I am a huge Greivis fan, and he's putting up allstar numbers on a terrible team, but still that should be good enough to lead our bench. I think that was a really bad move. I love Pondexter too but we got ripped on that trade.

But on the other hand I agree with letting OJ walk - good move. Sam Young, Pargo, Arenas, those guys are NOT difference makers on any team.

Keeping Darrell Arthur I think is a mistake - Speights has regressed too though. Arthur is another player I absolutely love but just for durability reason and team needs he doesnt' fit. He's playing backup SF and shooting 3pts all the time out there.... ridic!!!!!! (he started out 3/4 since his return but has not made a shot since then)

Grizzlies Owner GM front might be considering trade our Superstar Z-BO to Houston Rockets.
This is so ridiculous. Grizzlies front must realize if Grizz trade the Z-BO. I am 100% sure Marc and Tony they will ask for the trade soon or later.
