Could use a little help in blocks, but that's a throwaway stat, I can't see dropping anyone just for a guy who specifically gets 3 blocks a night. I like what I have now.. Thoughts?

If a guy came up who specifically got 3 blocks a night and did almost nothing else, he'd be t50 guaranteed and half your team would be worth dropping for him.

No thoughts because you didn't paste your settings.

Illyasova comes off waivers tonight. So, you would wholesale drop Beal, Okafor, and Thompson for Illyasova, Barnes, and Rubio?

I do need to pick up more boards, and I don't know what to think about Favors or Davis for the rest of the season. Obviously a trade in Utah would help me with Favors, but Davis averaged 8 rpg before he got hurt too.

Yeah. I don't like Davis. He puts up empty stats and creates as many problems as he solves with his poor FG% and TOs. And he has more competition for minutes than you think, with Vucevic breaking out, and the Orlando youth movement in Nicholson and Ayon.

Spencer Hawes
Gordon Hayward
Ray Allen
Dirk Nowitzki
Derrick Rose
John Wall
Kawhi Leonard
Andrew Bynum

I don't know; maybe Tyson Chandler and Kenneth Faried for Al?

Decent proposal I'd kick his way. May get accepted since Faried is blowing up.

But try to keep Chandler since his playoff schedule is good.

Still, throw it out there.

Lowry, Jefferson, Millsap, Ibaka, Hayward, Wall stick out. He has a crapload of bigs.

Melo and Lillard for Wall and Al Jeff

(drop Tony Allen btw)

Lowry AlJeff Wall

for Kobe, Young Thaddeus and Jack

These are ballsy trades that I think have a strong chance of getting accepted. I think you win them all but they're risky and aimed for the playoffs. Propose the following ones first:

Lowry for Derrick Williams. If that's rejected, Lowry for Jack. When that's rejected, Lowry for Faried. If you don't want to waste time, do Lowry for Faried now; should get accepted. I think you win that deal by ~25 spots of value.

Kobe and Melo for Derrick Rose, Wall and Al Jeff (yeah, another ballsy ass trade...)

Melo (and ALlen, who you're dropping) for Ibaka and Hayward

Kobe for Dirk, Rose and Wall (dropping Henson and Tinsley)

Kobe and Faried for Ibaka and Rose

I offered him Kobe, Thaddeus, and Jack for Lowry, Al, and Wall and he rejected it. Dude, I don't know why, but nobody accepts my offers for some reason. I've given out a lot of offers throughout the season, but they never accept them. Maybe they're set, I don't know.

Apathy, I replied to your post in my thread called "Another Trade Offer." Can you answer it?

Thanks for doing this. You're a man amongst men.

Yahoo 12 team H2H, 9 CAT, Currently in 1st place, ahead by 10 games: Rate please!

PG: CP3, Jameer, Calderon
SG: Harden, George Hill
SF: Paul George, Matt Barnes
PF: Thad Young, Amir Johnson, Ilyasova
C: Gortat, M. Gasol, Pekovic

I've been trying to move Jameer for a less injury prone option..but no takers. I might just have to ride him 'til his little legs fall off.

*edit* I have someone mulling over a George Hill for Sanders trade..thoughts?

FA's available : Drummond, Ed Davis, Bargs, I. Thomas, Mullens...and i'd be inclined to add them in that order if i could somehow get another 2 for 1 in (Just traded Gay + Millsap for Harden)

No problemo. Def won't be around forever -- I'm slowly but surely falling out of love with basketball, and fell out of love with fantasy a few years ago -- but while I'm here I may as well make myself available -shrugs-

Sanders >>> Hill

I feel like your team's peaking too early, but you have 2 top 5 players in Harden and Paul and two more second-rounders in Gasol/George. Rofl @ Gay/Millsap for Harden. That's a this-league-is-too-easy-time-to-quit type move. Prob first place ezpz

Peaking early : Yeah that's exactly my fear. So right now i'm taking your "undervalued via trade" list and trying to upgrade my talent, and get rid of the flavors of the week (Pek, jameer, calderon)

The guy who has Sanders has a plethora of shot blockers and boards (Garnett, Noah, Ibaka, J Smooth), but a whole lotta nothing else...so i'll try and sweet talk him into clicking that "accept" button.

That's close, but your guys have more perceived value. Hmm. Everyone in the world loves Paul Geroge. I'd really press for a bit more. If you think he's a shrewd owner, and you can't get anymore, then fine, I'll settle for that trade. Also: check the playoff schedules.

What's his team?

EDIT: Just saw Bynum news. Accept it.

lol chuckers and "tumors" as you would say:

Guards : Jennings, Vasquez, Teague, Felton
Forwards: Pierce, J Smith, Cousins, Granger
Bigs: Noah, Blake Griffin, Garnett, Ibaka (wont give up Ibaka), Sanders

Boston and Bucks have a slightly better playoff sched than the pacers and sixers (4,4,3/3,4,4 vs 4,3,3/4,3,4)..

He's pretty shrewd. Wanted my harden for his J.smooth. That kind of thing.

*EDIT Thank you sir, just waiting for his "accept" now. Hopefully he doesn't catch on what i'm trying to do.

Apathy thanks again.

lol @ Bradley

Your FG% is terrible. Dunno why you own Chandler. Who is he going to start over? Seriously. And have you seen his contract? He's not getting traded.

Yeah, your team composition is terrible. Buncha chuckers everywhere you look. Only one elite player. You're kind of screwed. You need to rip someone off.

Stream Chandler's spot, try to sell high on Afflalo, you're forced to tough it out with Gay, but he's available if anyone's interested. Doubt Robin Lopez has any trade value, so you're prob forced to tough it out with him too. Your whole team should be available. You def need to rip someone off. Why are you so attached to Lillard? Bet it's due to media hype, whether you admit it or not. His season hasn't been that great. We've already seen his best.

There are 4 bench spots, 11 active spots. so everyone on this roster plays at some point during the week. Its head to head. with 12 teams, there's 180 players accounted for

Im 3rd out of 12 so far in an active league. Its head to head

I usually win most categories except TO's and FG%. I get too many assists though, and not quite enough rebounds. I conceded FG% when I drafted - it fluctuates quite a bit from week to week with this team so I hardly put any stock in it. LOL, im attached to Lillard because he gives pts, assists, rebounds, 3pts.

I have Bradley because its a fairly deep league. If I were to drop him theres a good chance he'd be picked up

Ah, 15-man rosters. Skipped that. Who is on WW?

It's nothing personal v Lillard, but on the season he's ranked 53rd per game. A little higher cumulatively since he's stayed healthy. But he was ~t30 3 or 4 weeks ago (and back then you weren't hearing me badmouth him). He's still obv very good but fantasy is all about perception, and Lillard = ROY has gotten his value pumped up quite high. For example is he really better than Mike Conley? No, but I bet you couldn't trade Conley for Lillard.

Which is why you put him on the block and look for a sucker. I think he can be used as a stepping stone to get a true stud.

Any input would be greatly appreciated! Standard yahoo 9 cat H2H (pts, reb, ass, 3ptm, ft%, fg%, blk, stl, to), 12 teams

PG: Lawson, Jennings, Isaaih Thomas
SG: Harden, Hayward, Afflalo
SF: Korver, Gallinari
PF/C: M. Gasol, Horford, Sanders, Splitter
and streaming last spot

Any glaring weaknesses?

Not buying Thomas' upside. Great swingmen.

Your PGs/Bigs are only decent. Good foundation in both areas but you could use something extra. But I wouldn't pay for it. Your swingmen are perfect and don't need to be broken up. Let it come to you. Around AS break / deadline a lot of talent shows up on WW, so you're well-positioned to take advantage of it. Be hungry in looking for upside. You have three spots (Splitter, Thomas and your streaming spot) to be used. I'd stream all 3 depending on your league settings.

If anything you have too many 3s. See if anyone bites on Afflalo or Gallo. Don't sell them off for a penny less than their value, though. J-Lin and Collison come to mind.

Thanks for the response. Funny suggestion on lin, because I just packaged him and monroe for afflalo and jennings (think it was a solid move on my end). I'm a huge kings follower and lots of sources insist thomas is going to be the starter for the long haul so that's why I'm so keen on holding on to him.

I added Tyson Chandler to improve my rebounding and FG% through trade for Rudy

No one really on waivers. Beasley, Dalembert, Ariza, Harrison Barnes, Dorrell Wright, Brandon Bass and other low rated players there. Players there get picked up and dropped pretty much every day, nothing really jumps out to me. Bradley would be my weakest link Im guessing but I just cant think of anyone that would be any better anyways

I put Lillard up for trade - I KNOW people will trade for him. Im just a bit reluctant to because of the assists and 3's - categories im going to need to maintain to beat the best team in the league because he has percentages, points and steals usually locked up - its the 3s and assists that usually go either way and I win the other categories most times

I don't know. My team might look like a mess but Its been successful - only 2 games back. Turnovers all over and all chuckers, but they can at least give me numbers in all other categories. Im fine winning 6-3 or 5-4 each week

Hey guys, just want to see if i can get any help with my team. (10 starting spots, 3 bench)

Jarrett Jack, GS PG, SG
Monta Ellis, Mil PG, SG
Luol Deng, Chi SF
Nikola Vucevic, Orl PF, C
Amar'e Stoudemire, NY PF, C
Ty Lawson, Den PG, SG
Serge Ibaka, OKC C, PF
John Wall, Wsh PG
Tristan Thompson, Cle PF, C
Larry Sanders, Mil PF, C
Kobe Bryant, LAL SG, SF
J.R. Smith, NY SG, SF
LeBron James, Mia SF, PF

7 team league
Rotisserie style scoring
14 Cats: Points, Blocks, Steals, Assists, Offensive Rebounds, Defensive Rebounds, Rebounds, Field Goals Made, Free Throws Made, Three Pointers Made, Field Goal Percentage, Free Throw Percentage, Three Point Percentage, Assists To Turnover Ratio

Unlimited FA pickups, currently in 4th position. In a good 3/4 way fight for 3rd spot. Top 2 guys are a solid 20-40points ahead of the league. So not likely to catch either before the season is done.

Just traded, Dwight and Westbrook for LeBron in a 2 for 1 and picked up Jack just as Curry went down. Leading the league in FG% and 6th in blocks & ORB. Last in FT% due to having Dwight all season until recently. Also last in 3ptm & 3pt%

Still lots of peeps in FA. Current stars in FA pool, Bynum, Varejao, Rose, Granger, Bogut.

Should I look at picking up any of these guys to take a risk on making a run after the all-star break. (Thinking, rose, Varejao, granger ? )

Any help/suggestionswould be great

I am in a 10-team, 7 cat league (3PTM, PTS, REB, AST, STL, BLK,TO) and this is also my first year of fantasy bball. I am currently ranked 3rd in the league, but have hit a slump as of recently and the first and second ranked teams are pulling away from me. I was just hoping to get some suggestions on who to drop/trade/pickup to improve my team. The FA list is fairly weak, names like Varajao, Bogut, Mo Williams, and others are on it. Here is my team, let me know what you think. Thanks!!

PG - Russ Westbrook
SG - Arron Afflalo
G - JJ Redick
SF - Chandler Parsons
PF - Josh Smith
F - Gordon Hayward
C - Marcin Gortat
C - Tyson Chandler
Util - Tony Parker
Util - Ty Lawson
BN - Kyle Korver
BN - Deandre Jordan
Bn - Matt Barnes
