Bruce Arians Hired by Cardinals

Bruce Arians has accepted four-year deal, with a team option for a fifth year, as head coach with Arizona Cardinals.

From Adam Schefter. Nice hire by the Cards. I was surprised how long it took for teams to give Arians an offer.

Pretty horrible hire. Andrew Luck is probably smiling he gets Pep Hamilton back in his life. Coup for the Colts.

I dont know if this is a bad hire for the cardinals or not, but I think Arians will regret leaving Indy. He had a perfect situation in Indy with a great QB, hands off owner, and a team set to win for the next 10+ years. If being a HC coach was his ultimate goal I cant blame him for leaving and I hope he does well.

I think the Colts really got an upgrade with Hamilton.

Head coaching opportunities in the NFL don't come around that often, so when one does, it's hard to turn it down. Can't blame Arians whatsoever for leaving the Colts. There's a ton of coaches out there that are still waiting for their chance. They would agree with the decision.
