I think we are hard on Dwight because he is the gimpy version of Dwight. Every GM is thinking about what a healthy Dwight will look like, not the Dwight we are seeing on the court right now. It's just bad timing and dumb luck for the Lakers. Right now there still is no one else that can have a bigger impact on the defensive end than Dwight Howard. That is worth holding on to.
