I'd be fine with any of: McLemore, Shabazz, Noel. Any of those guys would fill a huge need. Lets hope that Zeller, Len, Porter, Austin all have huge 2nd halves!

if my boy steven adams was likely to declare this year he'd be a great fit but i can't see him declaring, gonna be a hell of a defensive player imo...great size, length, athletics with a good motor, his ability to switch on the pick n roll, contain guards and get back is outstanding. he's best served spending another year or two at pitt so i hope he doesn't rush it.

Well, at least we can look forward to the draft.

These losses to the Wizards and Bobcats are very valuable. McLemore, Noel. I'm not sold on Shabazz, but I haven't watched him so I gotta see watch him before I judge him.

Yep, at least until the draft lottery, where we'll be projected at the 10th pick and somehow end up with the 25th.

I really don't like all the negative attention Shabazz gets from the media, that's for sure. I'd take Noel & McLemore ahead of him but if we're sitting at 3, I think we have to take him.

The way we're playing now, I don't see how we will be stuck at 10. We have more than half the season left with many guys gassed out already (or close to) and with Love & Budinger possibly coming back in March rusty, I'd highly expect a top 5 pick.

We need a SG and/or big and this draft has them.

With the way the team is failing at every other aspect of basketball right now, I have zero doubts that they'll find a way to fail at tanking, too.

I love Marcus Smart.

We would need to move both Ridnour and Barea to really make space for him but see him as a genuine NBA star in the future.
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

Pesky defender, especially with his steals, but he likes to play a bit wild while turning the ball over and seems to force a lot of his shots. Kind of like JJ, he has his ups & downs. "YES YES YES!! NO NO NO WTF!!"

We definitely need to stay away from MCW. I've seen enough out of him. Throw out the ideas of his PG/SG position fitting with Shved.

I didn't know anyone liked MCW. He'd be a horrible fit. We have what he brings except better in Rubio.

To rubes that don't watch college games and see 6-6 guard ranked in top 10 in mock drafts should be aware. For people who pay attention like you or I, it's obvious.

Otto Porter would be a nice understudy for Kirilenko.

And you know why it's obvious? He plays for Syracuse.

EDIT: Woah, DX has him at 8?!

Shabazz is the best fit due to the fact he can play the 2 and 3. he can possibly start at the 2 then slide up when shved comes in for the end of games.

Yeah he's been sitting in top 10 since day one. Ridiculous.

I'd love to add Otto Porter.

Rodney Williams misses 2nd FT to fall to the Badgers. Ouch.

That last shot for Badgers was a shot clock violation btw.

So you guys are saying he'll be our pick, then?

Here's his smile:

He's no Jonny Flynn or Wes Johnson but Kahn loves his Orange.
