Is there a defensive stat for shot attempts per location?

For purposes of comparing bigs and their ability to defend shots at the rim. Or even find the best lineup that allows the least shots at the rim, least %, least makes or even best combination of 3pt attempts and shots at the rim.

You'll easily be able to break down defensive performances for lineups, and digging deeper you could find the players that most impacts the defense.
