You gotta give props to Asik and Lin for playing inspiring defense the whole time shutting down the Jazz's offense. I think Lin is a better help defender than individual one.

That's pretty much Lin's entire game and a big reason why he was undrafted. When you look at his individual skills, they're kind of mediocre. But basketball isn't played 1 on 1 or 3 on 3, it's played 5 on 5. And when you see Lin play offense and defense within the context of 5 on 5, that's where he shines.

My only regret tonight is that kam wasn't here to partake in the game thread. I know that he's down in Australia doing whatever it is that Australians do (kangaroo fights, koala races, showcasing ridiculously hot women or being busy with the new job). I just hope that wherever he is right now, kam is enjoying a historic beatdown of the greatest villains in Rockets history!

According to the official D-League transactions list, DMO was recalled Monday. TJ is NOT in d-league, he is technically on the Rockets roster, but was inactive (only 13 players can be active).

Yeah, I was at work today. And am sad that I missed it. (It might be 830pm in the USA, but it's 12 noon in Australia!!!!) I am very upset that I missed the game, especially with Judge killing the boards.

Losing ok .. 45 points thumped on your own floor and dont even give a hard foul... its almost like someone coming into your own home.. eat all food and shagg your partner..

I have stood up for the Jazz for so long, and was in denial for years. Til you actually look at the general consensus of the world outside of Utah. Karl Malone isn't the best Power Forward, Duncan is. Stockton isn't the best point guard, Magic Johnson is. Jerry Sloan is not a good coach not even top 10, Don Nelson is even rated better.

This game is just bringing reality to Jazz Fan's faces....

The Jazz is just a sick joke in Utah, always has, and always will be. We give up in the first sign of trouble....we give up in the first half, and in the 4th even if its just 5 points. I have seen high school basketball teams be more consistent. I would have left this game at half.

Everyone should just leave the Stadium, there is nothing here to root for. 10+ lead is bad, 20+ is completely unacceptable, and 30+ is irreversible. I have seen teams lose more fans, for less. I would fire my entire starter unit for this. Murphy would put up a better fight than this.


I think I am going to throw in my resignation for rooting for the Jazz for this year, call me up next year when this entire starter group is gone. I rather watch our 3rd string play and lose every game, then to let these losers represent Utah, and pretend to have a real coach and starter unit. Easily the worst group of players I have ever seen in my life, we should be the new Clippers.

I didn't know that losing by 30+ was even possible, not in this day or age. If Jazz don't want to show any effort, then I am not gonna put in any effort to root for them.....I will be rooting for a team that deserves it, like Washington Wizards....
