Iggy's your worst player. If you don't want to drop him, drop Parsons.

My new team in 1 of my 4 leagues due to Varejao, Lou Will out..
12 teams h2h avg Yahoo 9 cats.

AL Jeff
JJ Hickson
Gortat
Ed Davis
D Rose (patiently waited since early Dec.)
Avery Bradley (dropped J kidd and picked him up because of Rondo's injury)
Jared Dudley
Nicolas Batum
Damian Lillard
Alan Anderson
Kyrie Irving
Gerald Wallace
Michael Beasley

I'm streaming Dudley, Beasley closely because I feel one of them is going to cancel each other out at some point..as well as Wallace as I'm going to keep trying to trade him because I can't handle his inconsistency.

I'm 3.5-4.5 games outta 1st place after this week, what you guys think?

also I feel like I have too many players on the same team..so I'm thinking maybe Dudley or Alan Anderson to pick up MKG? It's a pretty competitive league so there isn't much talent in the waivers..some names like

MKG
Harrison Barnes
Kaman
Isiah Thomas
Barg
Mullens
Bogut
Andre Miller
Danny Green
Nate Rob
Courtey Lee
Stuckey
Nick Young
Jason Thompson
Patrick Patternson
Richard Hamilton

H-2-H, 12 teams

My team:
1. Jamal Crawford
2. J J Redick
3. Mike Conley
4. Chandler Parsons
5. LeBron James
6. DeMar Rozan
7. Ed Davis
8. Ryan Anderson
9. Serge Ibaka
10. Kemba Walker
11. Anthony Davis
12. Larry Sanders
13. Avery Bradley (picked him up yesterday after dropping Alonzo Gee)

I'm having a hard time to try to improve this team and players like Conley and Crawford aren't playing their potential. What do you think of the team? I want to get either David Lee or DeMarcus Cousins but I don't know what is a practical trade. The two categories I always lose in are turnovers and assists. Everything else is all up in the air and I've just realized I want to try to bring up my steals and blocks. Any suggestions? A few decent FA's out there are Reggie Evans, Al-Farouq Aminu, Matt Barnes, Thabo Sefolosha, Jason Kidd, Michael-Kidd-Gilchrist, etc

Your team's very good. You should def be t3. Right now you won't get Cousins unless you pay through the nose, which would be dumb because you'd be eliminating the very upside you're trading for. Long-term I like Kidd the best of that group, assuming you're willing to be patient. You can prob leave him on the wire for now; doubt anyone will pick him up. Instead I'd just stream the Bradley/Crawford spots.

Shop Parsons, who's not great in this format (92nd past omnth). Neither is Afflalo (134th). They may not get you much, but you don't need them, not with Korver/Deng/Barnes (who is still floating near t50 value in the past month despite missing Chris Paul). Tyson Chandler also loses most of his appeal.

What's on WW? Vince Carter (43rd) maybe? Delfino? Beal?

Bogut's back today, allegedly. (Knock on wood.) He could be good for 7rpg/1.5bpg, with upside for more. Long-term Kidd > Dudley, but it may be ugly in the short-term. Dropping Dudley is dumb when you're desperate enough for 3s to be rostering Alan Anderson. You need to be streaming Gerald Wallace, not Dudley. I'd gamble on Gilchrist, too. Danny Green >> Alan Anderson.

Open spots: Wallace, Beasley, Anderson, Bradley.

Best long-term bets: MKG, Kidd, Bogut, Mullens

Best short-term bets: Danny Green

I'd grab MKG, Bogut and Green. Hold on Bradley for a week or two and see what he does. Kidd will still be on the wire but as soon as his lines look rosterable jump on him. Since you're guaranteed a playoffs spot I'd be patient and sift for the long-term guys.

Thanks for the input. unfortunately I was at work earlier today when the news hit on Bogut and someone snatched him already. I'm going to take the risk and snatch MKG for Wallace if Wallace gives me another dud performance tonight. I'm planning to snatch up Mullens (probably dropping Beasley) by the end of this week as well because I feel i like a bit of help with rebounding.

I have Danny Green in my other 12 team league where I can handle his inconsistency because I just needed his 3s, but I feel like in this league I need a much better balance player. I'm holding onto Alan Anderson until he falls off because I feel like he's the guy who's closest(left on waivers anyway) to filling in what Lou Will gave me minus the steals..I also forgot to mention Shved is on waivers as well..I'm going to see what he does Wednesday very closely to see if he's worth the pick up.

Standard 12 team 9 category competitive league:

My team:

G: Dragic, Vasquez, Calderon, Jack
F: Deng, Kirilenko, G. Wallace
C: Al Jefferson, Aldridge, Bosh, Pekovic, Bynum, Bogut

Yes, I am stacked with bigmen. I've been trying a few 2 for 1 type trades but so far no one's really biting. Obviously I need to trade one of my centres for a foward or guard. I have Gay for Bosh on the table which I'm tempted to do, but I'm trying to see if I can get a Gallo, Batum or even Korver to help me out with 3s.

Having a lot of good big men is a good problem. Your bigs are fine. I wouldn't trip.

Wallace is droppable. Other than that your team's fine. Obv shop Bosh/Jack. But I'd be patient and be firm with the price you set. To find the best deals you gotta be ready to walk away, even if that means potentially losing the season. I am very stubborn when it comes to that.

Dunno what trade you did 'cuz you didn't list them in the same order, nor did you list the trade, and I'm not about to go through player by player and figure it out. This team is extremely mediocre, though. Not a single elite player means you don't have a chance in hell. Your FG% must be last in the league. Too many one-dimensional players. Too much name over production. No upside.

Bargnani's really the only somewhat enticing waiver pickup, but I think I may stick with this squad for now.

Good team. Would be open to selling Ilyasova high; his 3PT% is obv unsustainable. Would def want to sell Young Thaddeus high. You don't need to make a move, though. You should be actively evaluating the market for Parsons/Young/Ilyasova/Evans/Hibbert, though. Streaming Amir's spot is > than just rostering him.

I am currently ranked 2 but in the next two weeks I'm definitely going to drop down to 3 or 4 (I am playing the ranked 1 team this week and I know I'm going to get owned) . Glad I'm in the playoffs that's for sure (my first time doing fantasy). Yeah, I don't think i'd get Cousins unless one of my categories drops. I just read Andrea Bargnani might be returning in less than 10 days - is that a good pick up?

Bargnani sucks but I guess it can't hurt. Points are often overrated by someone. I would pick him up just to trade him.

What do you guys think of the Ed Davis trade?
I had him on my fantasy team but he didn't play today/ I'm thinking of recycling him with Jerryd Bayless (He plays tomorrow and Friday) Is this a good idea? The team that my team's playing today is neck to neck with assists and I thought he'd give me assists and a few points without really affecting my team. Or, should I just stick with Ed Davis?

Okay, I'd like some opinions on my team. It's a Yahoo H2H league, 10 teams, 15 roster spots, 10 categories (the usual + OREB). I've been tweaking with it for a while, and held onto a couple of players who were injured at the beginning of the year (Rubio and Amare) because each team has 5 bench spots. I am in 6th right now with a 5-5-3 record, although I am 3-0 in the last couple of weeks.

PG: Westbrook/Vasquez/Darren Collison/Rubio
SG: Kobe/Igoudala
SF: Paul George/Granger
PF: Garnett/Amare/Ilyasova
C: Noah/Sanders/Hibbert/Bogut

I picked up Ilysasova a couple weeks ago after Skiles got fired. Granger I grabbed about a week and a half ago, and Bogut I just picked up this week.

I am pretty set in assists and blocks, so I want to trade maybe 1 PG and a C to upgrade my other categories. I am thinking of either a 2 for 1, or preferably a 3 for 2 to upgrade 3 pt shooting and FT%. With Westbrook, Vasquez and Hibbert still kinda sucking I think my FG% is a lost cause. George and Granger aren't great FG% guys either, but I think I should be able to get my 3's and FT% up to a more competitive level.

There's not much on the wire...Kidd (dropped him for Bogut earlier), Kawhi Leonard, Danny Green, Jason Terry? Lots of injured players, but none that are that good or will return soon.

Someone picked up Bargnani last night (was thinking about dropping Bogut for him), but I dropped Kidd for Bogut and if Kidd comes back healthy and gets some playing time I think I'd rather have him than Bargnani.

How are you in 5th place w/ LBJ, Duncan, Gasol, Curry? Maybe you've been ul. Have you had Wall/Granger all year?

Your bench is terrible. That's one reason why. All those guys are droppable. Who's on the wire?

Still a strong contender to win it all.

Davis is droppable. It is optimal to drop/stream people to win you certain cats each week. That's good management.

Your team is weird because you have a lot of no-upside, one-dimensional scorers, yet you also have a lot of really good players who just don't score a lot (Ibaka, Sanders, Davis, Conley). I'm high on Reddick but hate Crawford and DeRozan. LBJ makes you a legit contender, but wouldn't be shocked to see him rested late in the season.

I've been saying Hayward has upside, but he may not reach it this year. Still like him though. Like Barnes when Paul returns. Crash sucks until/if the Nets realize they need to play smallball. Research how you do in FT%; DeAndre may be worth adding to your team. You have a lot of really good and really bad FT shooters, so in weeks you're likely to lose the cat you should be streaming DAJ.

Amare is proving me wrong, and if he can keep it up he gives your team an edge. But the extra cat does him little favor.

All your wings rebound well, so that's great design. Your FT% should be fine; blame Iggy. Bogut won't help matters. Amare could. Granger will help big time.

If you're set in assists you need to deal Iggy.

Rubio is getting close to droppable. Just saying. I'm still preaching patience but it's time to start the hourglass a tickin'. The missing ingredient on your team is a spot to stream. He would be it.

paul george for al jefferson comes to mind

jeez your team is loaded tho, 1st place guaranteed
