What's going on with Maggette? Is he injured or is he benched in order to develop the youngsters? Like singler and daye lol. Or has he lost his athleticism?

Are they looking to package him in a trade? Will he get bought out or rot on the bench for the rest of the season?

He's just not very conducive to playing winning basketball or developing a winning culture. I hope we can get something for him, as expirings do hold value in the NBA, but expect him to rot on the bench the rest of the season and not be resigned.

dont know y we dont use him more.. he is a talented scorer that gets to the line at will and is an experienced player. we need age and leadership out on the floor obviously at times. i'd say the reason we dont use him much is the same reason we barely use Jerebko or dont start Drummond, yet CV, Daye and Stuckey get decent minutes even though they appear nervous and shacky out there at times.....the mysteries of life

Daye isn't doing pretty decent. He's a terrible player. Doesn't defend well, can't dribble the ball, can't rebound. Basically the only thing he can do is shoot the 3 ball. Sounds a lot like Charlie Villanueva...

Corey Maggette: 5 points/1 board on 34% FG and 25% 3PT, and 75% FT in 14 mpg

He’s been significantly better than Maggette/Jerebko and deserves more playing time. He’s an asset on the floor due to his ability to spread the floor, which is more than his competition can say.

Maggette is a trash player and it will be tough for him to find a spot on someones bench after this season IMO.

Daye is not significantly better than anyone. He just sucks a little bit less than all our other crappy options at what we need from a back-up SF. Our entire team (save for 4 maybe 5 players) is complete and absolute trash.

Thanks for the replies, i guess he's done. Kinda surprising since he's such a gymrat. Maybe he can go to china next year.

Anyway, good luck in the draft. If you can get one of those top wing players your future is looking pretty good.
