I knew that, Quaz. You're one of our pre-Bogut Aussies, right? You're absolutely covered in the front-runner department, too. Nobody who liked this team before this year has to apologize for anything. Even if they only arrived for We Believe, if they stuck around, they're okay, because that was an ugly few years after that.

Ha yer mate. For into the warriors around 92 through Chris Mullin - we had the same flat top

I'm ashamed to say how back my Warriors fandom goes, just because it reminds me how frickin' old I am. I think only Rem is in my ballpark. I'll just put it this way: Clyde Lee. Rudy LaRussa. Nate Thurmond. Al Attles, before he coached.

That's about my era too. First game I went to as a kid was Warriors vs. Pistons in Dave Bing's rookie year in Detroit.
This movie is like the Rocky Horror Picture Show where everyone knows all the lines.

lol you dinosaurs... the first W's rookie I really remember was Webber. Or Tyrone Hill, I cant remember who came first. All I knew that as a kid, I hated Tyrone Hill.

One day my dad told me that Don Nelson was coming to our house to see some renovation we did, because he was going to use the same contractor and he'd just finished our place. So I got to meet Don Nelson, was told to be on my best behavior, and I asked the Don at 6 y/o why Tyrone Hill played so much. Was quickly ushered back to my room.

Saw Nellie on a plane to Maui with my traveling basketball team in HS, and I reminded him of the story. He told me that he shoulda listened to me then. So burn on you, Tyrone Hill

I remember being pissed that we didn't resign him at a measly one million dollars because he was our best rebounder since we let Larry Smith walk.

I painted Weber's house his rookie year in Blackhawk....good times.

Hang on, it must have been Bing's 3rd year, because I know Rick Barry had left before I saw them play.

My 1st year as a Warrior fan was Spree's rookie year. Then when Webb came on board the next year, the self harming was complete.

Gay out and Tayshaun and Daye in for Memphis. Are we looking a little better against them in playoffs?

I dont think so. Prince is a very team oriented player and Davis is a quality reserve. IMO, the Grizz traded a break even starter for a couple of + role players

Detroit got a steal... They needed a real PG. Drummond will love it

I don't think so. This season, Gay was arguably 4th most valuable on the Grizz behind Gasol, Randolph, and Conley. Memphis gets deeper with the addition of Davis and Daye, and Prince is an adequate starter/replacement for Gay, Memphis played just fine without Gay a couple seasons back when Gay got injured.

I read the headline "Gay sent to Raptors" and thought it was a hate crime at first

Craig Sager nearly got knocked the eff out on TNT for asking Westbrook a question about losing it during the game.....the tension was so thick....watch Westbrook face when he gives Sager the final answer..

Sager .....balls of steal? Or punk azz mo-fo?

Going global

Absolutely classic...and when Sager wouldn't let it go..."Whatever you say bra"....You could cut that tension with an effing knife......then Barkley goes off on the shirt  I'll bet Sager and Barkley have a hit out on them after Westbrook rewatches this stuff.

Balls of steel. That man cannot be phased, good for him for asking a question we want the answer to even when he knows Westbrook is trying to skirt around it.

That is why I questioned OKC decision to build around him and Durant. The guy doesn't know when he needs to play second fiddle and be a leader. He has had a lot of altercations, even with Durant and I give Durant credit for being the bigger man.

I think Westbrook is a fantastic talent and that has questionable decision making and immaturity issues.

I would have traded him and kept Harden.
