Clearly, he's frustrated with uncertainty of the franchise right now and so are we all as fans.
DeMarcus Cousins is one of Isaiah Thomas' biggest supporters.
Though he was unhappy about not making the All-Star team as a reserve, Cousins was also upset Thomas wasn't selected for the Rising Stars Challenge and said the uncertainty with ownership and how the Kings are viewed hurt Thomas.

He's right. Our organization is flat out terrible, and this year especially doesn't even care.
Even compared to last few years, we had campaigns and stuff to support our guys - this year there's pretty much nothing done.
I don't think I'll take anyone from the Soph~ roster to get IT in - and obviously don't agree he deserved to sniff an All-Star team himself - but he has a point about the organization - even though for obvious reasons the focus isn't solely on basketball - but I still agree with the jab at the organization.

The problem with DeMarcus is though, that he knows and loves to complain about anyone and anything and expects them to be held responsible - BUT NOT WHEN IT COMES TO HIMSELF.
When it's him in the wrong, all of the sudden the finger is pointed to any possible direction other then on him and he takes the poor victim route time and time again.
That way, he will NEVER change.

This is called abandonment issues. Anybody related to the Kings from fans, to players, to organizational personnel, to arena personnel have them right now. You know why? Because we've all been ABANDONED. Don't worry Cuz, KJ to the rescue.
