Toko plays like a young Kirilenko in that he does a bit of everything. His biggest weakness is turnovers and hit shooting.

If he comes back next season after working on his 3 point shot in the summer, Toko would see some real meaningful minutes next season.

I love his game, his energy, rebounding, passing is outstanding and his athleticism.

I think we got a steal in the 2nd round people!!

Love that he got some respect on the GB with his own thread started by a random non-Nets fan and most of the posts ITT not by Nets fans.

Was watching this highlight video from his summer play in Eurobasket for his country and made me smile.

There's just something about Toko

You can see him against Ukraine in a couple of these highlights, Ukraine is the team the Fratello coaches and he was raving about Toko afterwards. Always good looking back at videos.

Took finished tonight with 21 points, 10 rebounds and a shocking 9 turnovers in 38 minutes lol.

I watched the first quarter and he definitely wasn't going full steam ahead energy type Toko we've seen before.

Seemed more reserved.

Anyway he needed game time of some sort before he needed a wheel chair after sitting so long without playing a minute.

9 turnovers is awful for a guy who isn't a guard.

To be fair to the kid he was playing point forward and initiating most of the play.

Still a huge turnover rate. He seems to turn over most in the early quarters, seems a lot like rust & some bad choices.

last night Toko played 33mins and had, 29 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 4 steals, only 2 turnovers, shot 9/19FG, 3/7 from 3 and 8/9 FT.

Seems like he was focusing on not turning the ball over as much after watching the game, which I liked. Seemed more controlled and assured throughout the game. I really like Shengelia's game and think he should be seeing limited minutes in the NBA consistently.

The way I see it, the longer Toko stays away from this Nets team the better for him. He might end up picking up bad habits and his BBIQ will probably be considerably lowered watching and playing with these guys.
