What Butler did wasn't unsportsmanlike, it was deceptive, but there's nothing unsportsmanlike about that, the game was still on, and he stole the ball, meh. It was good for some end of game entertainment value

 i feel like if val took the shot or if someone else did the same thing to the clippers, you guys would be getting all worked up.

if we were winning a game by near 30...and some guy from a team in the east that we don't care about did that....it would be lulzy.

only a few scenarios in which that would get on my nerves (and i think my clipper fans might agree):
1. if the person who did that was a Laker
2. if the person who did that was a 2012-2013 Warrior that's always talking about our team.
3. if it was zach randolph.

any more i forget?

I've lived in Toronto for 27 years, and have never once heard it called the "Queen City". Where are you getting this from?

and from BBQ to Poutine.

WTF are you talking about? Poutine is French-Canadian. Toronto is in English Canada.

I really have to question where you get your facts from. Can you share a link please?

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/queen+city
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_of_Toronto

Most people that live in or that were born in "Los Angeles" don't know that the original name is "El Pueblo Nuestra Senora la Reina de los Angeles de Porciuncula" or "El Pueblo de la Reina de Los Angeles"

I didn't say that Toronto was the birthplace of Poutine did I? Neither is Memphis the birthplace of barbeque, but has become popular for their style. Poutine is served across Canada and in some northern US states and would be available to him if he wanted it. An ex-gf of mine was born in Toronto and loved Poutine. Would you have preferred if I said from BB King's to a Swiss Chalet? Chill out.

You can get poutine all over the world. It has no more to do with Toronto than it does Los Angeles.

Yes, because we're the ones going to other forums talking about players on the opposing teams. Gtfo.

What I saw last night was an embarrassment. Sure, Toronto was riding the wave of their new look team, but absolutely zero Effort, carelessness with the ball, and an overall apathetic performance. Worst game of the year by far!

There are plenty of annoying Clippers fans who have posted on the Raptors board. And I'm a fan of many teams, not just the Raptors. So heed your own advice and gtfo yourself

Do you mind posting some links to these posts? I'm really curious to see these "annoying Clippers fans". I've seen the odd "Clippers" troll posting on the GB and then getting banned, but that may have been only two or three posters since the time I've used RealGM. And they're not a true representation of real Clippers fans.

I was at the game last night, and of the games I've seen this season, this one was the worst as far as effort. Disappointing would be an understatement. The Raps lead the entire game, and there were no attempts to make a run at any point. Bledsoe had very little impact on offense, and never really did much as far as creating for others. He was really passive, hardly drove, and for the most part just dribbled up court, and made a simple hand off.

Blake was doubled a lot, and wasn't really able to pass it out effectively. He did nail most of his freethrows which was a pleasant surprise. Crawford played too much iso-ball. And generally, shots were just not falling. I thought at some point some would start to go in, but they never did.

On a positive note, I think DJ had a good game. He had some nice put backs, and I really like how he was communicating and being vocal on the defensive end. He's definitely grown as a player, and I hope VDN starts giving him more minutes, especially in the second half.

But the Raps played a hell of a game though. The effort was there, their defense was effective, and they were making their shots. Gay was nailing incredible shots.

Shameful.

 talk about over-reacting, lighten up, where the world be if nobody did anything worth talking about.

I'm sure Butler didn't do it out of disrespect, he did it because he was frustrated about him and his team playing so poorly getting blown out by 25 to a below-par team, If it makes you feel any better.

When we can get it at a Wendy's, then you may be on to something. Otherwise, you're just nitpicking for the hell of it.

"I really have to question where you get your facts from. Can you share a link please?" Otherwise, you're just fabricating things to rile people up and that's not looked upon too kindly.

There's a difference between someone who's a die-hard fan and someone who has sympathies toward another team. I've always enjoyed other teams or rooted for certain teams to succeed, but I wouldn't call myself a fan of that team because I'm not really as invested as the die-hard fans are. If these particular fans are Raptor fans first, they're not really going to go trolling Raptor fans are they?

I personally, take "Raptors fans are so annoying" as a compliment. But all the raps fans know that's true anyways, we're a pesky bunch.

But I've always had so much love for the clippers - way back in '01 with that Slam cover with Brand, Odom, and Miles - "Rock L.A Familia" - that was hella dope. I remember a tonne of people in the T dot being jacked about the clip joint at that time - seeing that double fist on the forehead sign at the gym - S*** was the definition of swag like 10 years early.

Glad to see ya'll come up.

LA > Missouri for Mexican food....err...excuse me.
Mexico > Missouri for Mexican food.

stop fronting like Toronto doesn't have a better Poutine culture than the rest of the United States.
we get it...it comes from Quebec...get over it bro.
