Maybe this game will be competive. People seem to forget that thrashing we delivered in he first meeting. Both teams have shown up looking like a middle school B-team so far this season.

Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

CHI is actually exceeding most expectations...big time. They are one win behind first place MIA and have the 3rd best scoring defense in the league.

I hope Drew learned from the last matchup and puts Josh on Deng and Korver on RIP.

If ever there was a game that called for the big lineup, this would be it. But with Zaza out all the matchups appear to be in favor of CHI.

Really dude? Noah and Boozer are out of their lineup. You really think the match ups favor chicago? I think deshawn will do just fine guarding deng.

I'm so glad I'm back online after being away from civilization for 2 days. Go Hawks!! Must win with no Noah or Boozer and because this is a potential tiebreaker for playoff positioning

Is anyone else watching the WGN broadcast of the game. The opposing announcers opinions of the Hawks is always...illuminating.

Thanks God for Ivan Johnson. He might be the single best acquisition Rick Sund made while he was here.

Deng shuts down Josh in the post and then Luol hits a layup in transition after Josh doesn't get back on Defense.

He was, of course, arguing for a foul call.

Lets talk about how the TEAM is doing cohesively and not single out any one on the team. Team

I love that Josh makes the terrible basketball play throwing the ball away, but gets rewarded with the cherry-picking dunk.

Fair enough.

Hawks struggling to score buckets most of the game. To be expected against CHI's tough defense.
Team went on a run towards the end of the 1st half to turn a 5-point defict into a 1 point lead.

With Boozer and Noah out, we actually are doing pretty well on the boards.
(Our three PFs total 20 of our 27 rebs).

Ivan Johnson definitely carried us for a bit there. He's awful spry/agile for a PF.

Saw a bit of Good Josh & Bad Josh in the first half.
Put up a few long jumpers, but then settled into the post where he made some beautiful passes.

Deng is a pretty tough matchup for anyone. They seem to be cancelling each other out for the most part.

I notice AL & Josh both continue to dribble the ball down court and start the fast break. I wonder if this is something L Drew advocates. I'd prefer to consistently see the outlet pass to the PG and let TEAGUE/Pargo run the break or setup the offense.

Pargo would get jammed up and Teague would get tired and his hip may start bothering him with all the Fast Breaks, Josh and Al taking some weight off of him

With Teague aching, we're definitely missing Devin Harris tonight.
