Favre looks odd with the glasses and completely grey hair. I know he was going grey towards the end of his career but that is a pretty big change.

First step of many......

Three years from now all you guys will have watery eyes watching the video montage of Favre and the Packers as he goes into the HOF.

We probably even have a full weekend of Favre coverage on Fox Six.

It will all be good.

Yeah I'm over it and hope this is first step of many. Favre was awesome and someday things will be patched up. Look forward to that day.

Video of their award presentation is on You Tube, or Wilde tweeted it if you follow him. It was funny and the handshake was very ackward. Favre went to go in for a half hug, but don't think Rodgers was expecting it, then Rodgers went to...and Rodgers dead panned "that was ackward" which was pretty funny.

My hatred of Favre pretty much died when we won the Super Bowl. But, the process of turning that back into a true love for his place in Packers lore will take much longer. If he reconciled with the team, that would be a great step. I'd love to see him come back and wear the green and gold once again. He should take his proper place as arguably the best player in the history of our franchise.

You could tell it was scripted - Favre was looking for the handshake and was reaching out for it before he saw Aaron put it out there.

What didn't look scripted was his lean in for the hug. Rodgers wasn't prepared for it and didn't know how to react. The "awkward" comment didn't look scripted, either.

I watched it live and Favre and Rodgers was one of the most awkward things I ever seen in my life. I can see Favre letting it go but can't see Rodgers and he proved that last night.

I also thought it was funny how Favre sat with all the Vikings and coaches. Made me feel that he should be retired as a Viking. Im all for it.
