I would've just assumed it was fatigue? He may be tired as he's probably already played more basketball than at any other time in his life.

THAT'S WHAT WE NEED TO DO.

Wear our jerseys in scrimmages within the team. MKG sees Jeff Taylor guarding him in a Cats jersey, MKG attacks every chance he gets and BOOM, 50 points in 10 minutes, done deal, confidence boosted, gets voted in the All-Star game as Lebron's replacement after humiliating him so bad he decides to quit basketball. Game over we win.

updates on the MKG injury to follow - all we know at this point is that he was knocked out when he hit JTs hip, taken off on stretcher, and sent to houston hospital.

No decision yet whether MKG will spend the night in Houston hospital or travel with Bobcats to Miami tonight.

Okay, if MKG plays the next game that is some seriously uncool tanking maneuvers.

No chance he plays until all-star break. We held him out all summer league over a sore knee.

The way hes played the past month that would mean that we are doing the ultimate of all tanks.

I'm happy to read the report that MKG opened his eyes and moved all of his extremities.

Rick Bonnell ‏@rick_bonnell

X-ray and CT scan showed no additional head and neck injuries. However, NBA now has a concussion protocol that MKG must pass before playing.

My  have been answered. Hopefully he's ready to return to action by the All-Star Weekend. It would be a shame for him to miss the honor due to friendly fire. Either way as a fellow South Jersey native I'm just happy he's going to be okay.

he is staying in hospital overnight for further observation, obviously not playing in next game and will probably miss a week or two at minimum.

Glad he's ok.

He's more like Crash in more ways than one.
