He doesn't lead all rookies in PER. He's 19th, while Drummond is 13th. His blocks a game is (1.8) while Drummond has (1.7) in only 20 minutes a game. Not sure about the guy blogging it.

Lillard is the clear ROY at this point. Anthony Davis is not.

Goldtop wrote:Kobe on Drummond:

Kobe both praised and lambasted Andre Drummond in the same quote in a way only Kobe truly can ...
"I was pretty calm," Bryant said when asked about the Detroit Pistons' sideline out of bounds play with 1.2 seconds left when Kyle Singler tried to find Andre Drummond for an alley-oop. "I was like, 'Man, if he makes that s---, then God bless him.' You know what I mean? It was just like a tough play to make over Pau who is a 7-footer, to make that type of catch in that situation."

When Bryant was asked if Gasol fouled Drummond, that's where he got in his little description of the rookie out of UConn who finished with nine points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots.

"The kid's really good, I think he has a bright future, but he can't shoot free throws for s---," Bryant said, bluntly. "I wasn't worried about the foul."

He also never had a knee injury. He had a concussion and a hot spot on his ankle that they were concerned would turn into a stress fracture if he didn't rest. No insult intended if you actually wrote that, but only an idiot would say Davis is underachieving considering the things he has done as a rookie.

Lillard started out so hot but had only 4 pts and 2 assists from mind 2nd QTR onwards. He has got to attack the basket more because that is when he is at his best.

Before MKG got injured, it seemed he has become the first rookie to hit the wall and he hit it hard, Going 105% all the time is admirable, but mistaken
