Then room White and Cousins together. It would be all kinds of awesome.

The only way it could be better would be if we still had Blatche, McGee, and Young.

That could be the script to one of the best reality TV shows of all time. Put them all into a house and find a way to get Delonte West and Gilbert to be part of that living arrangement.

When the Rockets are "on", they are as good as anyone in the league. The problems come when Harden has a bad night and Lin is overwhelmed as the #1 option.

Agreed, though I'm not sure how many thought they were a finished product when they got Harden. They have a pretty good core, but still need a better alternative scoring option.

Houston is kinda like the Wizards were when Eddie Jordan was coaching -- their offense is fine, but their defense could use some help. Their biggest positional need is at PF.

Patterson and Morris are two decent but undersized options there, have some range but seem more like quality backups. Maybe one develops into their PF answer, but I can see one of moved soon in a deal for a beefier, more defense-oriented big.

Patterson has been okay. Morris has been better this season, but still solidly below average in my stuff.

I suspect Morey will address their big man situation (PF and C) in the offseason.

It seems like Houston has made more moves than any other team over the past year. They were going nuts last summer. I think they definitely deserve some credit.

If you look at them last year and where they finished, compared to the Wizards this season, you see Houston progressed farther. The Rockets are going to make the playoffs, be very exciting, and be one-and-out while Washington is heading to 30 wins. On one hand, it's nice to watch free-flowing offense. Harden can break his man down and get to the free throw line. He's going to be a BEAST in the playoffs. However, Houston gives up a ton of points.

I expected Terrence Jones and Donatas Motiejunas each to have a bigger impact at PF. I believe Kevin McHale has too many young PFs to choose from. Between them, Patterson and Morris, none of them are stoppers defensively.

Houston could practically sign a max deal today. They have tons of room next season. They should sign Dwight Howard this summer. And he should sign with them. Much better option than signing in Los Angeles or Dallas and Brooklyn can't afford him.

What they need is a defensive minded big whose ego isn't tied to how many touches he gets in the post.

Good call. He has a big C playing next to him and plenty of shooters who will be looking for their own shots rather than passing it to him on the perimeter lol.

Smith is a complete idiot on offense but his BBIQ shoots way up on D. He has had a defensive mindset from day 1.

Watching Houston and Miami right now and I still can't believe we screwed up the Harden acquisition. Harden has 35 points on 15 FGA's, 10 boards, 7 assists, 3 steals and just 3 turnovers. He's 12/13 from the line.
