Assumptions= Milsap will not be signed this offseason and best value is to trade him now.
Utah- Ramon Sessions ($5M this year and 2013/14), either Diop ($7M expiring) or Warrick ($4M, team option next year) and swap picks.
Brooklyn- Milsap ($8.5M) and perhaps Bell ($3.5) as costs to get Milsap.
Charlotte- Humphries ($12M this year and next), Tinsley ($1.3M expiring), swap picks with Utah.
Jazz would swap their lower pick (GSW) for Charlotte's lower pick (Portland- top 12 protected). Currently, Portland pick sitting at #14, but could go to #13 if Lakers pass them. If it goes lower than 12, then Bobcats would either need to give Jazz Portland pick (top 12 protected for several years) or give another future pick or set of picks.
Why Charlotte does it- they are going to get one of the top picks this year. They need a decent PF and rebounding badly and Humphries fits the bill. Pretty good trade off swapping #13 or #14 pick for a low to mid 20s pick in this year's draft.
Why Nets do it- Milsap helps them with playoff push this year and gives them some flexibility financially next year (maybe even use it to sign Milsap).
Obvious why Jazz do it. Sessions becomes best PG that is available to play, keeping the Jazz in the playoff picture this year. Gives them a better shot at a better PG in the draft (could move up 10 spots in draft), and maintains their flexibility moving forward.

Charlotte doesn't own their pick this year and I doubt that the pleasure of trading expiring players and a valuable point guard is going to make taking on Humphries albatross contract any more attractive.

Charlotte's own pick is top 12 protected, I doubt there is anyone who doesn't think that they won't be able to use it this year, particularly since they currently have th worst record in the league.
Getting rid of Diop (who barely has a pulse at the very far end of the bench) and his $7.4M contract (even though it is expiring this year) would have to be attractive to Charlotte.
Kemba Walker is their guy, and they need a backup PG to play only 15 minutes per game. One can easily get those for less than half of Sessions contract.
Humphries is much maligned, but he is very capable of getting 10-15 pts and 10+ rebounds per night when he is given 30 minutes of playing time (see prior two years), which he would in Charlotte. With those kinds of numbers, $12M doesn't seem so outrageous, particulary since they will only have him for 1.5 yrs on this deal.
The Bobcats have 4 lottery picks on their roster (#2MKG, #7 Biyombo, #9 Kemba, #12 GHenderson) from the last 4 drafts, and will add another top 3 pick this year. Youth and affordable contracts are not a huge concern for them right now. Showing some improvement immediately is, and that is why I think that Charlotte takes this offer very seriously.

Bobcats are the one team you can't believe who aren't doing good. I mean Cavs are rocking, and Wizards are also another team that is fun to watch. Both highly stocked piled and both on target for another top pick. There going to make the east a tough place here in a year or so.
Jazz are probably not going to switch it up till after next season. The best idea, swoop in our two first round picks(try and get them higher), resign 1 year contracts or trade/sign new FA's. Then next year do what we did t his year, and in the 2014 draft secure 1 or 2 more 1st round picks.
At that point, you could take these 3 first round picks(plus whatever 2nd rounds worth keeping), mix in Carroll, Foye, Murphy and Evans, and you got yourself a new team with New PG/Burks/Hayward/Favors/Kanter for starters or in main rotation.
