With Chris Paul out, Bledsoe has posted the following lines:

Yesterday @ Orl: 27 pts (9/21 from the field, 2/4 from three, 7/10 from the line), 6 boards, 3 dimes, 3 blocks, 6 steals, 4 TO

Monday @ Wsh: 17 pts (7/14 from the field, 3/3 from the line), 9 dimes, 1 board, 1 steal, 2 blocks, 4 TO

Sunday @ Bos: 23 pts (9/15 from the field, 3/4 from the line, 2/3 from deep), 10 dimes, 7 boards, 1 block, 2 steals, 3 TO

Just sayin. The kid is probably a top 10 point guard. He's improving his stroke from distance, which was his only real weakness. He'd be worth giving up one of the "core 4," but I think the only realistic way we got him is in a three team deal for like KG or some other veteran on a longer contract.

Of all the possibilities that exist in reality, Bledsoe is the best we could get. This kid has "it" anyone that watches him knows that. He's still a bit inconsistent but what 2-3 yr player isn't. This dude will be an all star when moved to a new team. When the Clips were after Cp3 I was hoping we could steal him then. Wish we could use the spurs cap availability to swing Bledsoe in a multiple team deal. The rumors so far (ridenour v burks , AJ for nothing) do absolutely 0 for us. Bledsoe will explode on his next team.

LOL at asking doe Jordan in return too. Jordan is over paid, but he's valuable to the Clippers and Bledsoe is on a rookie contract, no way in HELL do they give up both of them for a couple of months of Big Al. Bledsoe has All-Star potential as does Jordan, so just aint going to happen for Big Al. I'm not even sure Big Al is a good fit, since he demands the ball a lot, and Paul demands the ball so much, and they already a big man that scores in bunches too in Griffin.

I can see the possibility of the Clippers unloading Lamar Odom and Caron Butler (both expiring) and the Jazz pitching in both of their 2013 picks to Boston in return for the Clips getting Pierce and the Jazz getting Bledsoe. This trade would push Clippers into one of the favorites to win it all this year.

Question is if Clippers feel confident enough that they could resign Paul so as to let Bledsoe go.

Yea Griffin scores in bunches but he's a rhythm scorer and you can't just give it to him whenever and he will score and he will score like that, he's not developed offensively enough yet. They need somebody who can just go and get buckets whenever you need them to which is why the KG rumors are swirling. Al can do that for them. Plus their trying to get Paul to stay and this is a great jesture towards doing that because deandre jordan aint cutting it.

I would surely consider giving Jordan and Bledsoe up if I'm the clippers but of course the Jazz would add some sweetners to that trade although not too much because Jordan's contract is hard to swallow for us especially since we already got Favors who is a better version of Jordan.

To me, if you're going to trade Al, getting Jordan's contract in return is stupid, because the whole point of trading Al now is because don't want to resign him because he's going to demand a lot of money, which we will need to match our core four when they become RFA's.

Hey guys, do you think LAC bite this?

Jazz acquire/Clippers send: Bledsoe, Odom, Turiaf
Clippers acquire/Jazz send: Milsap, Foye, Watson

Jazz probably waive Odom or package him with Bell to a team who want to dump salaries.
I think MIlsap is a huge upgrade over Odom, and with Billups back, Bledsoe will be easier to move. Foye could replace him a little but adds a 3 point shooting. By the way a Griffin/Jordan/MIlsap rotation really seems interesting.
