So there are four camps here:
1. Knight is the PG of the future. Calderon was just brought in to mentor him and then Jose will move to the bench next season
2. Knight is our future SG
3. Knight is our future combo guard off the bench
4. Knight sucks. He should not be part of our future
It appears nobody is changing their minds at this point.

Its not that black and white because its way too early to truly project Knights role longterm. Thats why there are those who agree with experimenting with him right now at SG.
Personally, I'm not sold on him as the PG, SG, or 6th man of the future, but I don't think he sucks and never said he shouldn't be part of the future. Its just too early to say, which is why I agree with moving him around to find out. A player has to do a lot more than Knight has to sell me on being an untouchable player of the future, no matter what position he plays. He just hasn't sold me yet, because its hard to see where a player like him fits on a championship team.
He tried PG for 100+ games, and his best skills to emerge playing that position were his on ball defense and 3 pt shooting. Based on that, you'd think he could have a role on a contender like Ronnie Brewer had for CHI off the bench. That would hardly be an untouchable player. Can he expand his game to be more than that? Thats what we're going to find out by moving him around at different positions and evaluating. Too early right now.
