Herb gave an interview pretty much saying that the switching is by design Thugger. I don't know if they have exceptions, but I don't like it. They are coached to switch though.

Not for the point guard to be now on a center.

Woodson definitely encourages switching but not what is being suggested.

Prime example Melo guarding Marc Gasol, Woodson stated plainly Melo asked for that matchup citing the olympics.

It will be interesting to see tonight whether the Wizards are legit or whether their win against us was the result of a lack of defensive intensity from the Knicks.

Jordan's a VERY competitive guy. He knows many consider him the #1 Clueless exec in the NBA and he's heard recent rumblings that Billy King is absolutely clueless. Result? "Mr. King, Michael Jordan is on line one...."

well, they had previously beaten OKC, Chicago, and Miami prior to beating us....so, its not like the win against NY was a random event. But then again, when Ariza is looking like a prime Dale Ellis from three and Martell Webster is looking like the black Steve Novak from three, out of absolutely nowhere, there was nothing we could do about that.

People say we should have played better D, which is true, but come the f**k on....those guys are average as hell, and even left wide open they wouldn't normally drain that many goddamn shots from three range. It was just a flukey shooting night from them.

I don't see them doing any favors for the Knicks tonight. They might have already wasted their once a week win over an above .500 team on the Knicks.

Not sure what happened to Ben Gordon after he left Chicago, but he was a guy that always worried me. Not sure where he fits in with J Johnson in Brooklyn, unless the Nets figure to give him more time at SF.

Marion saying that he would refuse to report if traded to a bad team?

This is why today's NBA is a joke. A man gets paid millions of dollars to be a role player in a kid's game and he dictates where he should play.

I am glad that this guy was never a Knick. I can't stand some of these dumb athletes.

A team of Ben Gordan and Joe Johnson in their prime on the same team would have been a scary sight to watch for opposing defenses.

In his case, I agree with him, dude has been nothing but a team player and a professional for Dallas.

Shipping him to the Bobcats would be a literal slap to the face.

Plus he wont get paid if he did it so whats the issue?

When Wall develops that jumper...watch out!

Him and Kyrie are going to be pains for the next decade.

By the end of his career he's still going to be a multi-millionaire and he's still going to be known as a man that had an above average career and as a man that helped a team win an NBA championship.

My issue with these athletes is that a lot of them have this sense of entitlement just because they've made it far in life and had a successful career. It seems like they take their position for granted without realizing that they're a lot of people in this world that will never make as much money as they do and would never make a living doing something that they enjoy doing.

No offense, and i hope none gets taken, but that's what foundations and charities are for.

But your issue didn't seem from the first post that he has entitlement issues only that he should just go where traded....i totally disagree with that.

He aint a rookie, he's an established vet....he can't hang up the laces anytime he chooses.
