Beal definitely takes some time to get up to speed. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a good 8-10 games to get back to where he was prior to the injury.

I think he was waiting for the quarter to end, that's the only thing that makes sense for not calling a TO earlier, he should called one anyway.
