Even then, Shumpert & Chandler is worth considerably more than Darren Collison, O.J. Mayo, and a few end of the bench scrubs. I'm not understanding the motivation from the Knicks perspective.

Agreed. NY GM needs replacing. The 'Melo deal in hindsight was awful, but the Shumpert/Chandler deal pushes it over the cliff.

Exactly. Like I said, I'm getting a mod to do an ip check on this situation.

Hang tight people, hope we get this situation resolved pretty quickly.

GhostX, shuffling the entire league and starting over is definitely not the answer.

Yeah im down to start over if the rest of u are...i mean just imagine if in real life pat riley traded lebron and wade for mo williams and marvin williams or something like that....the integrity for the game would suffer greatly...only way to save this is a fresh start..no preferenced teams all random..may the best gm win..plus now we got klomp and lakeshow back so they get a new start too..

I'm not. We start over, I'm sitting the next game out. No reason to make everyone change teams simply because one GM went rogue and traded his top players for pennies on the dollar. A few hiccups in this game. Working on the next GMAT with a few wrinkles.

Still not any different. No reason to get rid of people's hard work. If anything, shorten the schedule on this game. But even then, that's not an ideal situation.

I'll get working on the next game.

I have thought that shortening might not be a bad idea.

WE ARE NOT STARTING THE GAME OVER BECAUSE OF THIS. Will all this talk go over to the new thread Karmaloop just put up?

We are working to get the issue resolved.

I think the post-FA timeline should be shortened. If we learned anything from last game, things tend to die shortly after FA.

Just now catching-up on the chatter about NYK. I think the guy is foreign & honestly doesnt really know much about the league. He told me he loved Reke, so I made him an offer that I saw fair. He accepted. That simple. IMO Deng is a top 5 SF(LBJ/KD/Melo/George/Deng) and plenty of juice was added. I had no reason to question it... With that said, if anyone thinks I pulled off a shady deal, I have no problem with the commish reversing the trade. I am confident with whatever roster is given to me.
BAF: Phoenix Suns
PG: Ja Morant / Ajay Mitchell / R.Nembhard
SG: Coby White / Kon Knueppel / Sion James
SF: Keegan Murray / Tristan da Silva / M.Peavy
PF: Matas Buzelis / Noah Clowney / C.Martin
C: Evan Mobley / Quentin Post / Luka Garza

Too late to reverse the trade IMO. Don't think DN did anything sketchy.

Agreed. I don't think that is really the deal thats being so criticized as much as the more recent one.

DerrickNoah, you're good. That deal itself wasn't a horrible deal to the proportion of the latest two anyway.

I am probably removing the NY GM anyway. One of two things is happening. Either he is the OKC's GM's second account or he's a fairly incompetent GM, in either case it's something we just can't have here.

Like I said, there is an IP check that should be done whenever one of the forum mods gets around to it, to see whether OKC's GM needs to be ousted for cheating.

Each of the trades OKC and NY made together have been nulled. Everybody, just move along like normal, nothing to see here. Carry on please, let's keep the game moving.
