I like what I saw. Hollins clearly directed the team to run more pick and roll. Daye and Prince were the beneficiaries of the strategy, as they got myriad good looks due to good ball movement.
I think Daye was thrown in as an expiring, but his size and outside shooting touch make him a good prospect. He could become a similar player to Prince.
Our second unit - Wroten, Bayless, Daye, Davis, and Arthur, is playing well right now. I wonder who gets squeezed out of the rotation once Q is 100%.
If it's Wroten, that could be problematic, because Bayless isn't a good PG. But Daye is probably a better overall player than Wroten right now.
I suppose it's a good problem to have though. Maybe we could afford to just rest our starters more and play an 11 man rotation. Zach and Marc especially need to be fresh and 100% healthy once the playoffs start.
