No. He's another bad defender who doesn't really rebound all that well...like yes, Jason Maxiell. Max has his moments, though.

No. We need to move past the undersized hustle PFs. After Maxiell expires we are finally done with those bigs. We don't need to add Maxiell Jr right before we are about to get rid of Max Sr

Yep. Spurs fans hate him about as much as a lot of Pistons fans hate Maxiell. He and the Red Rocket Matt Bonner get a lot of the flack from a lot of the spurs fans.

I remember when he was good. Was always a ticking time bomb due to his knees.

Isn't that why he dropped in the draft? Similar to Sullinger and the bad back from the last draft.

Spurs front office are a smart bunch.

I'd be wary of dealing with them. And no, I'm not particularly interested in Blair.

Excellent point. If he were any good they wouldn't be giving him away for nothing. They know what they are doing over there. And I'm sure they choose to ask the Pistons first, knowing about all the capspace we have coming up, thinking we'd be dumb enough to take their garbage. No thank you

I don't see why not take him, if the price is BG's TPE and LAC top 55 protected 2nd. He is an expiring and would do better than Jonas for the rest of the year.

And he is nothing like Maxiell. Maxiell is a solid defender, bad on offense, Blair is the other way around.

Like seriously, what are we going to do with BG's TPE? We'll have to renounce it in order to get our cap space, so it's either use that 1.3 mil TPE till the deadline or do nothing with it.

We have a roster spot, we have a TPE, taking on Blair would not put us at the LT. So it's basically get Blair for free or not. I don't see why not and I don't understand why everyone is so against give a guy a chance for a couple of months if the alternative is do nothing.

The worst that can happen is, he sucks, he gets DNP-CD after DNP-CD and he goes at the end of the season.

Dumars hung up the phone!! LOL!!! Sounds more and more like 9 more days until we re-sign Ben Wallace! He's cheaper, more sentimental to the team, can coach Dre, and can probably add a fan or 2 in the stands!!!

We have no need for Blair. Thats nothing against him as a player.....but why trade an asset for a guy you don't need?
