Okay, first of all, sorry for not being on to reply to any of this, but I live in New Orleans and today was Mardi Gras, so yeah.

For any of you guys that offered me trades, quit bitching. The only legit offers I got was Russell Westbrook and Dwight Howard. As for Westbrook, I think he's a top 5 PG sure, but 1. he's not that efficient and I highly value efficiency 2. I don't want my team to revolve around a PG. Those teams never win titles. Dwight is an expiring and isn't playing on Harden's level this year, so I turned that down as well. Any other trades that did not give me an upgrade on Harden, I wasn't taking. I wasn't going to trade an All-NBA guard for two MAYBE (and I'm being generous with some offers) All Star players down the road. I was offered Paul Pierce and Willie Green for Harden. I wasn't looking to trade Harden, and even said so, especially with these offers I was getting.

However, Anthony Davis is a different scenario. I did not go out and try to trade for him, the deal was offered to me. First of all, perhaps I'm biased since I'm a Hornets fan, but I think it's very reasonable to argue that Davis has more value than Harden does. Davis right now is a 19 year old rookie that is playing against guys 30-40lbs bigger than he, and is STILL posting a PER of 20, and offensively is way ahead than what people expected.

Once Davis is 25 and in his prime, LeBron will be 34, and Durant will be 30. Harden meanwhile will be in his prime while LeBron and KD will still be in theirs, and LeBron and KD are clearly the superior players and their teams will always prevail. Among all of the young players there are right now, I think only Kyrie arguably has the better future than Davis, and I already said what I thought about PG led teams.

Then, we get to the fact that starting next year, Harden will be making about $8 million more than Davis will be. I now possess unlimited cap flexibility. I can do so much with this team. I have room to sign 3 max contract players. THREE.

Meanwhile, I am worse off this year, I know. But that's the point. I want to be. I was never planning on being great this year, I'm always thinking future and stability. I'll get a good draft pick this season, and I'll build my core in the draft and free agency.

Any questions?

It's not that bad of a trade but a couple gms have inquired about harden and were told unless you have LBJ or Durant don't bother so that's probly where most the chatter came from, it sounds like he could have possibly got griffin or Paul so Mabey he didn't get the best deal but ultimately it's his decision and if you left somthing on the table it doesn't matter now.

Nah, I don't drink that much, and the other stuff has pretty much faded by now.

Mardi Gras was a little less active this year. It was projected to rain pretty hard, but never did thankfully. Still, a lot of people didn't make plans because of the forecast.

PG: Russell Westbrook / Raymond Felton / Jason Kidd / Pablo Prigioni
SG: Tyreke Evans / J.R. Smith / Ronnie Brewer
SF: Stephen Jackson / Steve Novak
PF: Amare Stoudemire / Rasheed Wallace
C: Kendrick Perkins / Marcus Camby / Kurt Thomas

+ 2013 NYK 1st (Unprotected) + 2014 CHI 1st (Unprotected) + Cash

I just got Russell Westbrook in a megadeal that cost me an arm and a leg. He's 10th in PER, so I expect any offers to be legitimate offers. No crap offers. Tyreke Evans is in an awful situation with an even worse locker room, I anticipate him going back to his 20/5/6 season anywhere but Sacramento. I'm more than content holding onto him to be honest. Amare's overpaid absolutely, but not the toxic contract people make him out to be. I'm NOT going to salary dump him using Westbrook or Evans to get rid of him. Raymond Felton, J.R. Smith, Stephen Jackson, and Kendrick Perkins are all really good vets to have on contending teams.

PG: Mo Williams / Nolan Smith
SG: J.J. Redick / Randy Foye / Austin Rivers / Elliot Williams / Reggie Williams
SF: Demarre Carroll / Al-Farouq Aminu / Will Barton
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Tyrus Thomas
C: Dwight Howard / Cole Aldrich

For the next 48 hours, I'm taking offers on LaMarcus Aldridge and Dwight Howard. I want LEGITIMATE offers. Not the end of your scraps. Dwight Howard is a top 5 player, and LMA has one of the best bang for you bucks. Other than that, feel free to make offers on anyone.

Not that I'm looking to make a million deals or anything, but I haven't received very many trade offers in the last few days

Looking to stay young-ish but still compete (Happy with core)

Wouldn't mind another solid big with Bynum out for now, but I'm okay starting Beasley at the 4 and Horford at the 5.

Got a lot of solid role players (Tayshaun Prince, Tony Allen, Courtney Lee, Brandon Bass, Andrea Bargnani) that are available. Looking for a pick this year or a prospect in any deal involving them, I don't want to dump them for expirings or for a 2017 2nd round pick.

Milwaukee Bucks

Kyle Lowry [36] / Nate Robinson [12]
Dwyane Wade [36] / Jerryd Bayless [28]
Kyle Korver [32]/ Quincy Miller [spot] / Khris Middleton [DLg]
Carlos Boozer [32] / Taj Gibson [32]
Pau Gasol [32] / Joel Przybilla [spot] / Aron Baynes [spot]

Pretty happy with my team, almost at the point where I'm content to go into the off-season. Nothing specific on my mind, but I'm looking to contend. I'm pretty happy with my 8-man rotation but can always add depth if at little cost.

Don't offer scraps for Pau or Boozer. Pau plays way better at C (just check out 82games or watch him when Dwight was out). Boozer is productive at 15/9. Yeah both earn too much but I'm only at $70m in salary, below the lux tax so not fussed.

Quick Question: Are we going to have someone external from the game do free agency, from what I remember there were quite a few posters who were not playing in this game that had volunteered earlier?

Nobody else has any concerns about yesterday's OKC-HOU deal. I only received four complaints out of 30 GMs. Both teams have confirmed they think the deal works for them, nobody has any real objections, (I personally didn't think the deal was bad to begin with), and deal 104 is passed. Please update your rosters.

This case is closed. Done deal. It's over.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bismack Biyombo / Byron Mullens / Channing Frye [IR]
Demarcus Cousins / Perry Jones III / Jeff Adrien
Terrence Ross / Jeff Taylor / Alan Anderson
Marcus Thornton / Ben Gordon / Doron Lamb
Kemba Walker / Ramon Sessions / Tony Wroten

Ben Gordon is still a grumpy cat. Please trade for him and he'll become happy.

From what I recall, WillyJakkz was pretty insistent on running FA alone. Although, I think that at least Tier 1 should be chosen by a neutral party.

Really tired of not getting trades finished. Looking to package Gallo + Lou Williams or Rodney Stuckey + possibly Al Harrington as well as Anderson Varejao.

PG: Ricky Rubio / Sebastian Telfair
SG: Arron Affllao / Jason Richardson / Garrett Temple / Marquis Daniels
SF: Nic Batum / Tobias Harris / Martell Webster / Linas Kleiza
PF: David West
C: Nikola Pekovic / Kevin Seraphin

looking to combine guys to upgrade my core.
West is having a great year(17/8/3, 2nd highest PER in the last 10 years, very good D).

Pekovic is 16/9 and IMO his value would go up even more with all the spacing he will get with my team.

Batum is thriving as a focal point in the offense. 16/6/5 with a 57 TS% and very good defense.

Afflalo is at 17/4/3 with a 54 TS % despite not much help in Orlando, and a good defender.

Rubio is hardest to get. started the year slow from his ACL injury...but is playing fantastic the last few games(14/10/2/2steals on 43% shooting and 6.2 FTAs per game.

Have young guys with potential like Harris, Seraphin...or a couple veterans in Webster/J-rich to help out a contender.

Again, I don't want to trade my main guys for lesser pieces with future picks/cash thrown in...they don't add much value in this game, just as a little incentive for a close deal, IMO.

No offense to Willy, but he also said that he didnt plan on being a player in FA. It currently looks like he is gonna be a serious player in FA. Plenty of GMAT vets offered to help in FA. It should be a "no-brainer" that we reachout to Riot, Blackice, etc to help run FA.

Agreed. Not that I suspect Willy of anything, but I definitely don't want a player in FA running it. Too much bias whether he thinks so or not. I'll be reaching out to BlackIce or someone in the upcoming days.

None taken, trust me, I am not interested one bit in bidding on a FA, can't tell you my plan but did email commish and will explain plan during writeup.

You guys got nothin' to worry about, in fact if any thing shady from me as the agent happens I will never play another game again.

Just want to communicate during the FA phase how I feel it should go down just as in real life and again, the major complaint nearly all of you guys had was the communication process during FA and if those guys didn't have time to play this GMaT which was the reasons they stated why they weren't participating no way I wanna depend on them to handle FA.
