Derrick Rose was about open more eyes with one comment than he did with his entire MVP season's worth of play.

When ESPN asked this question for its May 16th issue of ESPN The Magazine:

"If 1 equals 'What are PEDs (Performance Enhancing Drugs)'? and 10 equals 'Everybody's Juicing' ... How big of an issue is illegal enhancing in your sport?"

He answered:

"Seven. It's huge, and I think we need a level playing field, where nobody has that advantage over the next person."

Then he walked that back REAL quick

there's nothing the league will do since the league is built around the players rather than the team

other than the Lakers and Celtics there's no true traditional fan bases as fans follow players while in the NFL its team based and Goodell doesn't care who you are you break the rules, you're paying the price
