Jazz get a solid PG and a nice pick for someone who is likely to leave in free agency anyway.
Charlotte switchs one malcontent for another, but wins a lot more games rather than being in perpetual rebuild mode.
New Orleans quits bluffing and pulls the trigger on Eric Gordon trade, but has to take back a 1 year contract for the #1 over all pick.

This deal makes them pretty legit next year I dont see why they would pass. Walker-Gordon-MKG-Jefferson is a great team, that line up is worth giving up picks.
Ingles is cooked.

I don't see Walker-Gordon-MKG-Jefferson as a great team so much as a really mediocre mix of mismatched parts. If Charlotte's goal is avoiding the mediocrity treadmill, I don't see how this helps. Assuming Diop's deal is expiring, though, I like this (or basically any deal where we get rid of Al and don't compromise our long term flexibility) for the Jazz.

I thought the same thing about Memphis. I honestly believed that they would perpetually remain in the 8-9-10 seed range. Similary with GSW. I hate em, but they seem to be legitimate.
I know that Charlotte probably would not give up a late lottery pick and a #1 overall pick for Eric Gordon and Al Jefferson, but it would triple their win percentage in one season if they did.
