This dunk contest is a disgrace compared to the late 80s. Honestly I would just cancel it...no star appeal, 100 attempts to complete a dunk, and terrible judging. I really used to look forward to all-star weekend but it seems like each year the players give less of a **** about it, especially watching that abomination of a game last night.

I think at least the attempts have been nice. Problem is that they're not throwing it down on the first attempt.

Being a Raptors fan, I still have to admit, Ross getting a 50 after like 6 tries is a headscratcher. I guess that's to make up for the 4 blown calls that went against us this year, all at once.

I feel like James White coulda did better...I mean the dude can do a through the legs from the FT line, and he only did that??

I also feel Kenneth Farried got cheated with only a 39. Not the most powerful but it was impressive.

The number of missed dunks is really horrible. I dunno who came up with "missed dunks shouldn't lower your score", but they're a goddamn idiot.

Exactly there should be atleast a 5 denomination after each attempt. A 50 for 5th or 6th attempt like Ross got, that was beyond pathetic. Some of the best dunks in contest history haven't got 50s, and this crap did lol

To me, the dunk contest died several years ago. To be honest, I just lost count and forgot about what happened because it was so bad and forgettable.

I actually liked it. No props, and some impressive dunks.

And I actually think Evans's dunk and White's dunk was underrated, they were nice.

But Green's dunk was overrated, that was basically a less impressive version of what Iguodala did a few years ago, when he was robbed.
