When are you coming into the city?
And yeah, it gets cold here sometimes. Also there essentially a 30% chance of precipitation any given day regardless of the forecast haha.

I'm actually leaving today afternoon. I thought I'd hit you up on facebook but I had to work remotely because my boss needed data for a conference by today morning.

Got some time to roam around the downtown and cultural loop yesterday evening but otherwise mostly working from the hotel room.

:nonono: I should have added the date to my calendar so I remembered to go downtown. Could have put me down as networking on yours and gotten the boss to OK it!

I'll likely want to visit again in the summer, I loved the city and the architecture but it was a pain to walk around with the snow and wind!

Had an indoor race at Fresno State yesterday. Sore as hell, but what an experience.

After the meet, we headed to this bar and grill called "dog house grill" where they had some damn good food.
I got a chicken sandwich with a hefty amount of fries and a drink and only wasted lie 8 dollars. Will be going back again when i'm around the area.

 Yeah... thanks to the hills/block layouts you find a lot of wind tunnels. Did you make it to the Cathedral of Learning (or see it from afar)? I'm curious what all you saw here and where you ate. Guessing you saw a The Three Sisters and PNC Park/Heinz Field if you went downtown.

Did you get to interact with people at all? I always thought Pittsburgh was a genuinely nice midwest city compared to the ass holes in Philly, Boston, Baltimore, NY, DC, etc. Just curious what you think on that.

I am fairly disappointed haha. Could have grabbed a Primanti's sandwich. Unless you're a vegetarian. In which case you'd have to pick the style of food and I could have found a place.

I was actually around Market Square in the evening near Pimanti's, took some pictures around the skate rink and ate at the greek place right across the street.

I did see Heinz park, drove near the heinz factory and the PNC park. The people were generally cool but a woman refused to take my pic in downtown.

I definitely didn't find the people as friendly as St. Louis or Kansas City.

The architecture is fascinating though, all the bridges and tunnels were awesome. I love how you get a panoramic view of the entire downtown flash infront of you when you drive in from the airport through the tunnel and into the city. It took me a minute to register the sight!

I stayed at the Omni William Penn and seriously the best hotel I've been in. They have a small whiskey bar called Speakeasy which was built during the the prohibition era and it has a secret side exit through a small tunnel out of the hotel.

If I had more time I would have hit up the strip club on 6th street.

We have been hanging in the 90's for a couple of days now. I dont feel like spamming either or have no ideas on what to spam on.
Had a good day to day. No school work done, but had a good gathering of friends and had some damn good food to go along with it.

Also watched Django Unchained. What a movie. Pretty good and so much violence in it. then again it is a Tarantino film and we all know that he likes his revenge movies.

This song is pretty catchy.
