How can anyone knock Drake for this? Putting not only Toronto on the map, but giving Ross who's new to the lights some extra love. Probably partied together, both putting on for the city!

Exactly, Drake always showing love to the city whether it be through his music, interviews, videos etc. Toronto needs to get over its inferiority complex.

Agreed, he always repped Toronto proudly, even has a humongous 416 tattoo

People knock on him for following the Heat. The Heat play some amazing basketball so I don't judge him for it. I would judge him if he doesn't even acknowledge the existence of the Raptors, but he clearly doesn't do that. He's a proud supporting of this city and its team. Good on you, Drake.

If anyone ever listens to The Edge's "Dean Blundell Show" then you would understand why people might not like Drake in Toronto. As good and funny as that show is, it's a little bit hyprocritical and feeds into some prejudices.

Ross put hours of work into the dunks ... and he won.

What if we make him practice attacking the basket every play? What then????

Man people need to get over this "putting the city on the map" garbage. Why are people so worried about Toronto? Regardless of what people say, its one of the best cities in North America. Drake or T-Ross winning a meaningless dunk contest won't make it any better or worse.

I seriously can't seem to understand why so many people have this inferiority complex...

I am glad he says nice things about the city.

It still doesn't change the fact that his music ain't so good, and the skinny-jeaned disciples he leads are pufties. :)

Kidding.....wait, no I am not.

Pull them pants up.

Ross looks like a boy with his head on his shoulders, is very humble, won a major trophy, but he don't poses as a bad guy.
Nice to see him on the floor and outside.

Oh, and i like Drake. He loves Toronto and the Raptors. It's always good to have a Star that advertises your team.

“All the people in the video from my family to my friends, everybody worked really hard and we’re just happy to be here. That was kinda the message behind it. Obviously everything I do is for Toronto, that’s why the video looks the way it does.”

Through his lens, Director X was able to capture something very intimate to Drake and make it grand. "There were no hired extras in that big party scene, everybody knew everybody," he told MTV News in an interview last week. "That's a regular Drake thing. He does bowling parties, that shisha club, that's his club Paradise, that's his thing. He does that. That vacation? That was their real vacation. That wasn't a for-TV vacation, we just showed up with the cameras and shot. So to me the whole thing was a celebration, just [capturing] the bigness of all that."

Never liked his music but I have to give some props for repping his city and country.

But his music sucks and I'd rather listen to Nas in the club when I'm around women because it's not about having fun, it's about being "hip hop."

Hmm. I hope I get invited to his next confetti party at Shoppers.

This is awesome.

And at the same time, so amazingly close to the mark.

You do realize they don't have organics at the club, yes?
