High contract, but he's won us games. I'm not trying to get into this again, because who knows what we would look like if we didn't get Joe.

I normally just go in on people for this kind of "you're a truly awful human being logic", but I'm at the point where I'm almost secretly hoping for a top 10 lotto pick in 2015 that we have to swap with Atlanta for their 18th overall pick just so I can say "I told you so you massive jackass!"

Or what about a top 6 pick for an expiring vet who you'd overpay to get in FA anyway?

The Houston Rockets have traded Marcus Morris to the Phoenix Suns for a future second-round draft pick, league sources tell Y! Sports.

So the Morris brothers are reunited?

Apparently Bucks turned down Hump and Brooks (no pick) for Ersan.

His star has fallen quite a bit.

I wish BK would have been in on that.

There is no way that Geoff Petrie is that dumb. That's almost too stupid to live. Giving up on a top five pick a half a season into his rookie year after not playing him? Jesus.

Feel bad for Thomas Robinson. He was the guy who went through a huge personal tragedy (lost his mother and grandmother in the same month, IIRC), and then promised to take his little sister and father to live with him wherever he got drafted. Been rooting for him ever since I heard his story. And now he has to uproot everything and leave.

Hopefully, he doesn't become a career journeyman, and actually has a stable environment to play in.

The Kings will receive Patrick Patterson, Cole Aldrich and Toney Douglas.

3 Scrubs for the 5th pick. We should have been in on Robinson.

Patrick Patterson is no scrub. Let's at least be honest there.

Cole has potential. Toney is a serviceable backup. It's not a bad trade. Patterson has a high ceiling.

Nice. Judging a player a half of a season into his career? Solid foundational argument right there.

Could this be Sacramento's way of saying "**** you" to Seattle?

Patrick Paterson is no scrub? The dude cannot rebound. Do you watch basketball? Serious question.
