Well, when a franchise that people are very emotionally invested in does something so monumentally stupid because of the owner's stubbornness, and the impact of it unfolds before your eyes and will likely to continue to do so over the course of several years, people react to it and don't stop talking about it just because they can't do anything to change it.

People didn't stop talking about the Kazmir trade after a few months.

Should stop it already. You say this now. What about the beginning of the season?
Lin played so poorly comig into the season that he would be on the end of the NY bench. Houston has time for him to recover and improve so that he can bounce back.

Why would he be at the end of the bench? Felton has generally been terrible all year, Kidd is old, and Prigioni is a bench player.

ok Falstaffx, every time Lin has a shytty game (which is like 10 times a month), I'm going to expect you to point it out in this thread as well. If you don't, I will. And I dont want to hear anyones goddamn mouth.

Yet the man who had just come off the worst season of his career was viewed largely as "the better fit" for this win-now Knicks team. Lol I'd take the 23 year old, turnover prone (really?), can't shoot (really?) future supasta over the guy who's still worried about his diet.

Since I like Lin, I'm much more likely to seek out discussion of him when he's doing well. I make no apologies for that. Fortunately, he does well more often than not.

he cant shoot.

he does turn the ball over a lot.

he's not a future superstar. Only in your warped ass mind. You've been sucking his dick all year and only show up when he has his once a month great game, yet quiet as a church mouse the rest of the month. You admitted you aint even a real Knicks fan. You actually had fantasies about this guy dropping 37 points and 12 assists on us a few months back, and created an entire post-game quote from his mind. FOH

PRIOR to this game, he shot 4-14 against LA.

Had a bunch of terrible/average games prior to that as well

where were you? You have no shame.

It gives me comfort to know that even though Lin's offense > Felton's, they are both the worst defensive PGs in the league.

In the month of February before tonight he's been averaging 15 and 7, 2 TOs, 48% from 3. So bad.

Lin has 2.9 TO this season vs Felton's 2.4 TO.. not much of a difference in turnovers. How is Lin still turnover prone? He has improved a lot already turnover wise since last season. Not sure if serious..

In another note, god damn Kyrie is freaking smoking teams, even though they played a crappy Hornets team.

Um, I don't pretend to be the Official Lin Barometer, but I'm looking at his game log right now and he's scored at least 12 points in eleven of his last twelve games, and his last 3 games are 29/8, 14/7, 14/10. I watched the entire 14/10 game, and while he didn't shoot well his passing was great.

SUPERSTAR NUMBERS :o

He's average as shyt. Get off his dick already. You guys ONLY show up when he has his once a month "Linsanity" game, yet we never hear a peep from yall when he's out there looking like Luke Ridnour 90% of the time. Disgusting behavior.
