The Suns cant trade for Gordon this season I believe due to him signing the offer sheet they gave him.

And Gordon can deny any trade for this season, if he so desires, as well.

And as for Bogdanovic, I have watched him. Numerous times. Sure, I have never been in an arena with him playing, but watching on television is a good enough form to get an idea of him. He's not overrated. He's a legit asset. Will he be a good player? No idea, but that's not the point, rather the fact that he has value is.

Yep, Just farted around with that one before I went to the machine. Plus you still gotta find a landing spot for hump. Or you gotta trade off all your depth to match salaries

Probballdraft: J.J. Hickson name is out there but will veto a deal to any team other than Brooklyn per source. #Nets #Blazers

I watch Bogdanovic all the time. I watched him play all his Euroleague games. Watched him play against, Siena, Tel Aviv, Caja Laboral, Besiktas, Real Madrid, BC Khimki, Olympiacos and Panathinaikos.

I watched him the year prior as well and have a decent idea of what his game is like. His contract runs out next season and he can obviously join the NBA for free then. He could join us this season but it would take the full $3m mmle so he can afford to pay the $1.5m onto of the $500,000 the Nets would pay.

Bogdanovic isn't overrated at all. He's one of the best players in Europe right now, top 5 I'd say while he's only 24 years old. He gets to the line a hell of alot, knocks down the 3 at a high rate and gets to the basket a lot with a fantastic offensive game.

His defense flat out sucks, just awful but you never know he might coach him to become average at least. Bogdanovic would be a lottery pick in the 2013 draft right now. Several teams have inquired about Bogdanovic to trade for him but the Nets aren't interested.

The fact teams want to trade for him already show tell you all you need to know about his value. The only reason we got him was due to him signing his 3 year deal with Fener right before the draft like an idiot which destroyed his value.

So no Bogdanovic isn't overrated, he's actually one of if not our best asset right now value wise.

Wow thats impressive N Ireland. Didn't think anyone here watched Euro league games. Like i said ive only watched him play once in the Olympics so i can't say how good he is. Reading reports on him from Croatia and asking people who have watched him he is not that highly rated in Croatia to say Dario Saric or Mario Hezonja. I guess time will tell but if other clubs really consider Bojan a good asset then i think Billy has an ace in his hole and he should use it if he can get Smith.

If we keep our pick I would absolutely love to draft Saric around the 20-24th overall mark in the 1st round. He's a huge talent that could really pay off for us long term and his game is just so good in so many different ways. Through the roof ceiling on his game.

I watch the Euro league games in the build up to watching NBA games late at night seeing as I live in N.Ireland and all.

He loses bird rights if he is dealt this season so can veto any trade, he's saying he wouldn't veto a trade to Brooklyn but Brooklyn wouldn't be able to keep a hold of him in the summer, couldn't afford him.

Could give him 120% of his $4m deal I think but doubt he would take it, I duno.

SamAmicoFSO: Source: Nets have secured Kris Humphries-for-Ben Gordon trade with Bobcats, but waiting to see what happens with Hawks' Josh Smith first.

So at worst we have got a huge $13.2m expiring for next season and a sharpeshooter off the bench to knock down 3's.

Lets see how it goes but it's going to the deadline it seems.

Well, obviously Gordon picking up his option should be part of the deal. I know it makes no sense for him to decline his option, but I've seen crazier things happen. If he walks, that would be disastrous, because then we'd be out of any really valuable trade pieces.

But I guess the good news is that Humphries is as good as gone. Tele should get more playing time, finally.

Amico saying that the Nets and Bobcats have agreed on a deal that would move Humphries to the Bobcats for Ben Gordon. However, it is contingent on them not being able to get Josh Smith.

Sam Amico ‏@SamAmicoFSO
Nets hanging onto Kris Humphries, source adds, because he could be movable piece in 3-team deal involving Hawks, but not Bobcats.

I like the Hump for Gordon trade, in case we don't get Smith. We do need a sixth man guard who can flat out score, and BG can do that. It makes us better because we're barely playing Humphries as it is. Use the final roster spot to sign a FA PF like K-Mart, call up someone from the D-League or re-sign Donte Green.

Billy has already said in pregame yesterday, he would look at a veteran off the wavier wire to pick up. So, once the deal goes down, we will add a veteran Forward to replace Humphries.

I hope it is not Greene because he is not a PF.
