This is more bag night worthy than anything that happened before the original bag night. Dead serious

I'm still high on Tobias which is what I don't like. Maybe they see something else. I would think Hammond would want to keep one of his guys if they were really high on him.

I don't know how the Ellis/Redick combo is going to work. Monta won't be a 6th man.

Or you know, we gave up prospects for a guy that in all likelihood doesn't even make us the 7th seed, wants $10 million a year and could walk for nothing after this season.

As much as I love JJ's game, renting him for Tobes (along with making no other moves) sucks. If we can retain him for a decent price, I'll be a bit happier, but our roster makes little sense right now.

I come in peace, just wanted to say you guys are hilarious. Didnt like the trade for you because Harris from what ive seen looked promising. This thread was amazing though, some of the comments/pictures, thank you.

I'd prefer to keep Stew and give Monte Morris
I'd really prefer to keep Morris and Stew and give the great Killian Hayes and 2nd round picks

I don't see it with the guy and I know many around here loved him.

For me losing 2 players that mean zero today to us and not likely much more tomorrow and Udrih is not that much to give up for a productive SG who can actually shoot the ball.

Now if Harris turns out to be something we will regret this and of course if we cannot resign JJ we are looking really stupid.

Too much logic for the board to handle at the moment.

Didn't think this team could get more middling. Hammond pulled it off against all odds.

This. If you were going to go all in at the deadline, then you needed to make bigger waves than trading for a 6th man that can score... while leaving Monta Ellis on this team.

Please update the thread title to Bucks willingly submit to double penetration from Orlando and Charlotte to more accurately reflect the situation.

One stat I remember seeing in SI a while back regarding how the majority of NBA players have much longer arms than they are tall:

The only active player included in the SI analysis, which went back to the early 1990s, with an arm length shorter than his height is Magic guard J.J. Redick, who stands 6'4" and has a reach of 6'3¼"—not terribly unusual for a human being but downright Tyrannosaurus rex--ian in the NBA.

We basically have to pay Redick whatever he wants to stay here or we look like even bigger idiots than we already do, which is going to be a fun conversation after he has to come off the bench for us the rest of this year.

I always felt Harris was overrated on this board so giving up that "asset" isn't a huge loss to me. We got marginally better this year and long-term effect is yet to be determined. The fact that our pick, Larry, and Henson were retained should be the silver lining through this all.

Agreed. And put me in the camp that thinks JJ could be a refreshing change to what we've been seeing. He's now the best shooter the team has had since a half season of Delthreeno being en fuego three years ago.

You guys got a winner in J.J. Redick.

The guy will help you guys make a playoff run. Gus Ayon is a solid backup big and Ish Smith is a good third point guard.

The real question is how much you like Harris and Lamb.
