I wonder if some Charlotte fans will initially boo McRoberts (played at Duke)

I love Rob. Had faith in the kid since he was hired. I say kid, because he's a year younger than me... Crap.

Anyways, smart work on that McBob-Warrick trade. Otis never used TPEs did he? He always let them expire IIRC. He propably thought "TPE... what does that stand for? Toilet Paper Example... ok lets try that out... OUCH... rough on the rim, not using that again, EVER!"

Hate to see JJ go like all of you, but I can understand the move. It would have been a big roll of the dice to keep him and see if any team would offer him the money he wanted. Plus, it would be tough to have a lot of money wrapped up in one position and we all know JJ and AA are both only two guards.
As far as the trade, it's a pretty good deal. Probably not fantastic, but we were trading a very good player who is an expiring and not guaranteed to resign where he's going. Getting a decent prospect in Harris and a potential role player in Lamb is decent. Our small forward position has become a ton more athletic in the last year. Hark and Harris are both solid prospects so it'll be interesting to see how they grow together.
Also, I think it's important to note that we are obviously going after high character guys. All of the guys we're bringing in are solid people.

This trade will give a lot of us extra motivation to make it through the season, than our draft pick developing next year should keep things interesting till we win the 2014 lottery, draft the next NBA superstar, and ascend once again to the top of the league and beat Dwight Howard's LA Lakers in the 2016 NBA Finals when in Game 7, down by 1 with 0.02 seconds to play, Orlando throws an inbound alley-oop pass to Vucevic who dunks it in over Dwight.

This right there is why I don't trust in Henny yet. Harrington was already injured when Henny took on that stupid contract. It was an idiotic move while I am still shaking my head over that acquisition.

Ok I am done PLEASE JUST STFU about it already! Harrington was key in getting that trade worked out we needed him to make money match and dude I don't get the big problem here we aren't gonna use cap space until at earliest after next season when he can be cut for basically nothing. Hennigan was doing the right think he more focused on Vuc Harkless and Affalo who we wouldn't have gotten if we didn't take back Harrington. We aren't gonna be a factor in FA for two more years except it and MOVE ON!!!

Jesus freaking Christ.

Am I supposed to be a happy Fan that the Magic are stupid enough to PAY for a player who DOES NOT PLAY.

I have every freaking right to post whatever the hell I want. If you want to call Henny God because you want to, you have every right. I can disagree with whatever I want to.

I disagree with many posters who hate on my favorite players without being an idiot and calling them names and telling them to STFU.

And, if you don't like it, I suggest you quit visiting this board and go elsewhere.

I am not here to coddle you or anyone else. Go cry me a freaking river!!!

Insurance will pay for 80% of Al Harrington's contract, right? So basically we will pay him the veteran min, which isnt that bad, how many players get minimum pay and doesnt even play?

Lol really I have been nice I have let you vent but you were the biggest vocal after Dwight trade and ALL you can point to justify your 4 straight months of bitching is Harrington. who is being paid by insurance now and is a little bleep on the cap for the next two years where we prolly wont be relevant in FA anyways MOVE ON stop being bitter and root for the magic!
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

RT @addzeeferrari: "frustrating to see my brother play his heart & soul out for the team & them not put anything around him" - Reggie Rose

Is this Derek Rose's brother bitching about Chicago not making moves? They were 3rd in the East for a while without the best player on the team. WTF?

are we sure about that. What are the exact details of him not playing enough and insurance paying for his contract? Maybe he counts against the cap and salary floor, but insurance pays most of his salary, not the Magic. And then maybe Henny can get him to buyout his last year so that he only counts against next year?

From the moves made over the past year, it is obvious that Henny thinks through everything he does, the McRob trade to extend an TPE being an example of this, so just maybe there is something that we all dont know just yet.

so what was Charlotte's motivation for this trade? Did they just really want McRoberts or want to get rid of Warrick?
