Patrick Patterson one of the best shooting big's from mid range, lead the Rockets to two huge wins earlier in the month, and just a great team guy.

He had the 2nd highest PER among the starters,offensive win shares and offensive efficiency...
Never understood why he always got the least amount of touches offensively.

You will be missed 2Pat.

I don't see anyone who can replace his output, I think Jones is the best bet.
DMo = best offensively
Jones = Best all round
White = really does give off that star aura where when he gets it it seems everyone just watches
Robinson = best rebounder... Stromile Swift 2.0

I can see the Rockets missing out on the playoffs unless DMo/Jones really hit the ground running offensively...
Cisco will do well but I worry now.

I did enjoy watching him and I thought he would have done more.

I am going to miss Morris's two automatic turnovers from the three point line. The step out of bounds when driving to the rim or the travel. Never fails

He didn't develop into what I thought that he could be here. I do think that he could be a very nice fit next to his buddy, DMC. I would hope that he beats out Jason Thompson as the starter sooner or later.

What's up with Houston's undersized bigs getting sent to Sacramento???

As Glyde would say, Consummate professional.
Patterson was our black Shane Battier. Good tough guy and a hard worker.

I was always a Patterson fan, regardless of his lower rebounding rate. You will be missed.

I don't think any PF on our team can replace his offense. It'll have to be picked up by the other positions.

i loved his work ethic, i loved how he was a great teammate, i love how he knew his role, but i thought he was going to be a monster for us this year. i still think in a different situation more fitted to him he can be really good. hopefully him and chuck can have some success in seattle.

i know i have been calling for the rooks to get playing time all year, but pat has been very professional and im gonna be a fan of him for his whole career...i didnt know i would miss him so much, you just dont know what you got until its gone :(

It's ado haaaard to say goodbye, to my homaaaayysssss

He was a good guy, consummate professional, and a terrific teammate.

And as much as I've hated on him, I've also admitted over the past couple months that he has tremendously improved. It looks like his jumper is back to how it was in his rookie season - and he's expanded that to three point range. He's got a good body defensively, and a definite commodity as a bench player with his skill-set. I think he fits well w/ the Kings roster, and should hopefully thrive in the role he's given with the team.

Last night's 2OT game vs Miami

PatPat - 10 minutes, 0-1 shooting, 0 points, 1 rebound, 0 blocks, 0 assists, 1 foul, 1 turnover
Chuck - 9 minutes, 2-2 shooting, 4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 block, 1 assist, 1 foul, 0 turnovers
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Wait, you trying to say that Charles "The Truckinator" Hayes is better than a man with the nickname "Two Pat"?

I know Patterson didn't have the greatest rebounding skills to begin with, but isn't further compounded by spacing a PF outside? Is it realistic to expect a stretch PF to grab lots of rebounds?

7.5 reb/36min. That's only 1 better than 2Pat.
