I think we'll need to at most lose 2 games between now and 3/22
in order to have a fair chance. 4-28 is a pretty huge hole.

MIL @ DAL tonight. Both teams need this game. We obviously need MIL to lose.

If the Wizards sign Morris Almond, I predict they will make the play-offs based on his conrtibutions to the Win-Loss record last season.

There have been a couple years where 37 wins was enough to make the play-offs. It would take basically winning at the rate of the Heat for the Wizards to match that.

Philly got killed by Orlando.

I watched Doug Collins' post game interview.

It wasn't whiny Doug Collins at all. He was honest, at times humorous, and took blame. He did mention that they have nothing to show this season for trading Iguodala, Vucevic, and Harkless. Guys don't know whether Bynum is going to play. Collins sounds like he has already pretty much thrown in the towel, saying he hasn't found answers. It wasn't a case of him throwing players under the bus but he did say he never got booed as a player (because he ran and gave effort implying these Sixers don't do that), and he sacrificed his body to the franchise. He said players on this Philly team don't take ownership.

Most importantly: Philly has 12 of their last 14 on the road.

The Sixers are going to finish worse than the Wizards, most likely, unless the Wizards suffer critical injuries.

As much as I love seeing us win, I'm still with the team that for the better of our future I would rather get a top 5 pick (hopefully NOT blow it EG/Ted) and then next year with a new high pick and a fully healthy roster aim for the playoffs. Getting the 8th seed this season would do nothing for us at all. And I think we all know this... albeit it is fun to be irrational.

That's why I'm rooting for all the bottom feeders to win. My goal is for Milwaukee to lose a lot so they finish with 36 or 37 wins. Then have Cleveland, Detroit, Philly and Toronto all win enough down the stretch so they all finish in the 34-37 win range. That way, if we play extremely well and finish with 38 wins, we make the playoffs. But if we merely play good basketball and finish with 30-34 wins, we still get a high draft pick.

Bucks beat Dallas but they are still 3-7 over their last 10.

Actually sounded very whiny to me. 8-)

Redick will lead them to the promised land!

Which in Milwaukee's case is the 8th playoff spot and getting swept by Miami. Yeah!
