Arnold isn't as large as he is stated to be. One of his greatest advantages as a body builder was that he wasn't (actually) over 6 feet tall. He was stout so when he packed on muscle it looked more impressive.

He went to a high school opening in California when he was governor and he was just a bit taller than my mother and she is 5'5". I shook his hand and he was almost eye to eye with me and I am 5'7". My buddy who was 6'1" at the time was much taller than him. Arnold was also in dress shoes with a heel.

A few years later he came into my girl's work and she said he was shorter than her. She is 5'9.5". He was in flip flops and he was in sandals.

I am assuming at his peak he was 6ft but has shrunk to 5'8" in old age. According to the interwebz he was 6'2" in his prime, but unless you shrink 4-5" when you hit your fifties that is BS.

Man, I really respect Curry for what he did. He immediately stood up for his teammate, even though he was almost a foot shorter than Hibbert.
