Notes: Another great win last night. We face another pitcher with a high era and with the way we are hitting we should be fine tonight. Capuano pitched great in his last start but got no run support. That shouldn't be a problem tonight. Go Chris and Go Brewers!

I think that has a tad more precedence

Funny stuff.
I love how Yost was able to lesson the effect of the the horrendous decision to pitch to Cabrera in the sixth with the slightly less bad decision not to have another pitcher warming up in the eighth in case Cappellan gave up a couple of hits, which resulted in a two run homer by Willingham and thus made it impossible for someone to say that the decision to pitch to Cabrera cost us the game (because of the fact that now, if the score holds, the runs the marlins got in the eighth alone would have been enough).

Yost should really reconsider his reluctance to intentionally walk stud hitters. That mistake to Cabrera definitely shouldn't have happened.

Did anyone else feel the Capellan collapse coming? He just catches way too much of the plate and he's got very little movement on anything. I'd much rather see Villanueva or even Wise in that situation.

Oh Yost couldn't use Wise in that situation because he thought it would be a good idea to use him yesterday with a 4 run lead...which would have been the perfect time to use Capellan.
