Yeah, because trading a 20 year old with potential is the same as letting Delfino or Luke Ridnour walk.

yeah i know. its more like when we traded ray

whatever man. the kid is on the orlando magic now. how many times does a guy have to say he hates the move.... hates the team..... and hates management before he'll stfu already. it was a bad trade. post it 10 times in 5 different ways and then move on. its the same crap with the bogut deal. whatever already.

How many times are you going to defend Hammond and his indefensible record before you just stfu and move on?

I think the thing for u to do at this point is to create your own thread titled "everyone needs to shut up with the criticism of Hammond for the Harris/Redick trade" and post in there while we post in here about how great Harris is/could become and complain about how dumb the bucks were for trading him. That's really the perfect solution honestly, because you seem completely unwilling to defend trading Harris and are only interested in telling people how dumb they are for complaining about the fact he was traded...

You really make ur point there didnt you, very nice... Seriously tho, what exactly is the point you're trying to make in this thread? You deny that u think the trade was anything but awful so it basically just sounds like you're sick of people complaining about the Redick trade. At the same time, we're just as sick of u complaining about us complaining so it seems we're kind of at a standstill aren't we?

If the answer is you're simply trying to troll the people who are disgusted by trading Harris for Redick u did a great job and now is the time to claim victory because I appreciate I good troll job just as much as the next guy and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one to congratulate u for a job well done, but if you're not trolling and u honestly believe that this trade isn't anything to get worked up about I feel like you are going to continue to make yourself look dumb. This was a terrible trade. Do u dispute that or no? If you can't give me a strait yes or no answer to that question then I'm gonna assume u are trolling and I'll be the first to give u a well-deserved pat on the back...

It was a bad trade but unlike most people here I don't think Tobias is the second coming of Glenn Robinson/Jesus Christ so I don't really care. I think his ceiling is an average rotation player that will have zero impact around the league. Admittedly I'm doing one of these right now:

Since FTD year...

Drew Gooden/Maggette/SJax/Ellis experiment.

All were looked at as crappy moves that wouldn't do anything for the team. And look, here we are coming off back to back 9th seeds.

Why aren't any of you REAL GMs then? Everybody here could build a championship roster apparently. Hammond is working for a guy that is forcing his hand. All those trades and acquisitions have Herb all over them.

Yep, Kohl is well known for wanting to bring in wanna be gangsters and sexual harassers. Hammonds fans are the worst.

It's funny how they can defend a "Drew Gooden is awesome" thread for 100 pages but we can't discuss Tobes.

this is a serious question. now that he doesnt play for the milwaukee bucks whats left to discuss about tobias harris if all your going to do is bitch about why he doesnt play for the milwaukee bucks?

this is a serious question. i think we all know hes gonna be a player. why subject yourself to it?

Because we care way more than we have any rational business caring about the Bucks ever becoming more than an 9th seed/8th seed doormat and when our own front office hamstrings itself with indefensible moves that we out of all 30 NBA teams -ok MAYBE besides the Kings- can afford to make the least we have a hard time getting past it maybe?

Should Portland fans be over picking Bowie over Jordan nearly thirty years later? Should Red Sox fans be over trading Ruth to the Yankees nearly 100 years later? Of course they should, it's pointless and counterproductive to dwell on it (unless its for the purpose of analyzing why it happened and learning from the mistake I guess), but they still do because to passionate fans of a team a terrible move stings for a while longer than it probably should.

Obviously its an understatement to point out that it goes w/o saying this move is nowhere near as bad as losing out on Ruth or Jordan, but those things are still talked about literally decades after they happened and you guys want us to be completely over caring about and discussing a bad move our team made less than a week after it happened? You guys may not agree with us not being over it and that's fine u don't have to agree, but please don't act like u don't understand why it's happening, of course u understand u just want us to shut up about it. Does that answer ur question?

So your entire point is that u don't care at all about the trade happening even though u agree it was a bad trade because you don't think Tobias is the second coming of Glenn Robinson/Jesus Christ? Assuming you're right that he's not the second coming of Christ (pretty safe assumption) or GRob (I agree, they play very different games), instead of coming into the "Tobias Harris watch thread" and pmsing about people being pissed about the trade why dont u try defending ur position that Tobias never turning into either GRob or the GOAT is a good enough reason not to care at all about a terrible trade? If those imo dubious grounds for holding ur unconcerned attitude are good enough for u then maybe if u argue ur position well u will be able to do yeoman's work saving all the people who u see as unnecessarily flying off the handle about it from stressing themselves out and u will manage to uplift the boards collective morale. You can make a real difference brah!! :-)

I've started watching Tobes game and it seems his superhuman SF strength translates over to PF. Jason Thompson tried to back him down and got nowhere leading to a crappy flailing 12 foot hook.

Always thought it was weird we never tried him there given it was his position in college and his defensive issues. Oh and our lack of post scoring from the 4 or 5

There's some serious anger in this thread. Calm down. Is anyone even reading those huge walls of text that people keep posting? :-? Moreover, is anyone even watching these videos? Or are you all too busy being butthurt?

good point. the dumbest thing about that to me is that if Skiles designed an offense where the SF was always standing in the corner offensively, why didn't our GM find a SF for him that could shoot the corner 3? The disconnect between our personnel moves is mystifying.

:( If other team fans find your fans funny and "the best" it means you really have a terrible fan base. Can you imagine Lakers fans saying that to Celtics fans? Can you imagine Barcelona fans saying that to Real Madrid fans? Manchaster United fans to Arsenal fans? Fans respect your fans only when they hate you and feel threatened by you. If they think you are "funny" or "the best" or "nice" then it means you lost all of their respect. Worst thing that can hapen to one fan base. Others just feel sorry about us and came here to comfort us pittty pathetic Bucks fans :(
