Too late. The panac buttom has already been hit.

Regardless of what you or I think, these guys are not going to give up the ghost of a playoff race yet.

Not sure when the inevitable hits home and the race is over -- six back in 10th with just 24 to go seems an impossible task – but just listening to them in the locker room after the Cleveland game hammers home their continued confidence.

They were disappointed, frustrated and ticked off, of course, but no one was throwing in the towel; not Dwane, not the three of four players I talked to.

And you may say it’s silly to think that way but what you think, or I think, doesn’t really matter. Until it’s over, it’s not over.

So if you’re looking for 30 minutes a night for Terrence Ross or 40 minutes a night for Jonas Valanciunas or 15 minutes a night for Quincy Acy, you’re not going to get it yet.

Please don’t whine, it’s not your decision and until you get Dwane’s job, there’s nothing you can do about it.

I think fans just want to see 15-20 for ross, at least 30 for jonas, and a brief appearance from Acy every night.

That would be enough, for sure. The worst part is not even the minutes, its the fact that the vets who are ahead of rooks in rotation, are just freaking terrible. I could understand Ross and JV not playing much if you had Asik and Redick (or smth. like that) on your hands. No, its Bargs and AA instead.

Next game is against the Pacers, at least we can expect Jonas to play the 4th. He owns Hibbert.

In the last 20 years, list of lotto pick rookies that earned less than 17 minutes a game that went on to do anything.

Devin Harris
JJ Redick
Mike Dunleavy

Devin played for a contender, too.

I think at this point the playoffs are out of reach... the rooks should be getting lots of chances.

I just don't understand why JV isn't playing in the 4th. He usually doesn't look tired, isn't such a defensive liability he was in the beginning, mater of fact he became pretty good in that aspect, usually doesn't have a lot of fouls, yet he sits in order to give the most useless human being on our team some minutes. Acy with Ross not getting minutes is absurd too, but not as absurd as with not giving Jonas any time in the last minutes.
